Has to come leave a review right away! We came home to find out our heat tape failed and our pipes froze! Reached out to Mccarls and CJ came out right away! Was able to unfreeze the pipes as well as fix a coupling that cracked. We couldn't be more grateful for CJ taking the time away from his family to help ours!!! 💜 He was very knowledgeable and friendly!! He didn't even mind my dogs barking 🥰 THANK YOU CJ!!!!

After 20+ years with Suburban Propane with a service contract come to find out these guys are now doing service. Within 5 minutes they tag my furnace as unsafe. I get an estimate from them to replace it and also get central AC. $10600!? Get 7 more estimates. And not 1 was over $7500. Stay away. I repeat stay away. Got installed new furnace, new AC and new hot water heater + everything old removed for $6100. Oh and old furnace wasn't tagged by the other 7 estimators just old they said.
