Woodhaven Apartments

I am searching for an apartment for my sister and let me tell you- customer service is very important to this manager! If I did not own a home- I would move into this apartment based on the conversation I had with the manager alone! She was genuine and fun to speak with. She made sure I had all the information I needed. Wow! I am impressed so I had to run to Google and let others know. Thanks!

I’ve been living at Woodhaven for three years now and have had three different leasing agents. All were great but Ms Lupita is the best one by far always has a smile always willing to help the tenants. I’m giving five stars because of Ms Lupita 💯 since she took over there’s a difference in the community there’s a difference with getting things handled in a timely manner. I could go on but yeah I love living here just moved to a new unit Lupita made this move for me with no stress nothing to worry about great place to live loving my new apartment

Lupita our manager is the most down to earth person I know. She takes care of us and treats us all the same. She belongs here. I really adore her!

Great quiet place but parking sucks. People had 2 or 3+ cars per apartment not all but majority was 2 but a few had more... but i couldn't find a place to park but the back lot prone to break ins...Mentioned this several times but no action was ever taken. Saw cars sitting there for over 2yrs and they just sat. Even when the parking lots were being resurfaced.
The maintenance guy is pretty much the only person who was cool as fk.
Lived there for 7 years before it got taken over by a property management company and hiked up the rent 100% and forced out all the low income people in section 8 in nearly 2 months after the first rent hike and we wonder why homelessness is an issue.... Sad sad sad... But liberals care! used to be 455 a month in 2012 and went up to almost 1200 in 2018 before i left. They remodeled the entire place but it does not matter because the walls are 2in thick as built in the 40's.... Can't have blankets on the windows for some strange reason even if you work nights.

I didn't like any of the staff and felt like I was not welcome after they came. Made it where you HAD to drop off your rent at a time of their own convenience when they werw in and if you had a time to be somewhere... after last day...you got a fee...
First year they were there one of my rent checks got stolen magically out of a safebox behind a door and not easily accessed to stealing and almost got kicked out on no payment. I legit think to this day they had planned it to get rid of the rest of the long time residents who could not afford to pay rent back to back or got the money order refund in time. I seen this happen. And it's somehow legal. Not sure how that lady sleeps at night knowing doing such things. I can tell. And also the money orders were never processed which made me that more suspicious to them. Very dirty tactics. They lied about it. Yeah. I know what you did. It'll come around. You can deny it as professionally as possible but you can't hide the facial response when i asked in person and said it was shady when they were not cashed or even attempted.

This is the best leasing office, I love getting to see Lupita she really is da bomb. So good at her job and I’m grateful.

It’s 10 “STAR” Review for me and my Husband well he did most the work so eheh, VERY easy experience especially working with JASMINE she did a phenomenal job, very professional she made us feel welcome even though we’ve never met face2face, Thank you So Much jasmine.✊🏽🙌🏽 had our tour today and honestly it’s probably the only spot in Everett that has a good atmosphere and less noise then where we’ve been an stayed at.

I love these apartments. Front office is always helpful and the take care of their residents. Highly recommend.

I want to share that my experience with Woodhaven thus far has been outstanding. From the on-boarding process, tour visits, and beyond the actual move-in date, the team here has taken great care of me and my residential needs in the midst of my military service. For the tour and room viewing, they went out of their way to accommodate my visit on the weekend. Their first impression of their effort and service shows their dedication to both potential and current residents.

Mr. Joe (lead facility maintenance) is very knowledgeable for the proper care and upkeep of the buildings. He is up-front and to the point of what residents can expect from the robust units. I was pleasantly surprised that appliances such as a stove, dishwasher, and the refrigerator come standard on any unit variant. I was given a detailed "do's and dont's" to help understand my unit's limitations to keep it running in awesome shape. Oh and one more thing: he's quick-witted with the jokes, so prepare some good one-liners in your defense.

Ms. Lupita (property manager) is very diligent in her work to keep everything running, the planner behind the scenes if you will. I feel the care received from her is the care that she extends to all residents. It is warm and welcoming. This is what set apart this residence from the other listings. There is a genuine level of respect and authenticity. How much more will they go to care for those around them? All of my questions and concerns were always addressed. She helps you cover your bases and remains proactive in caring for you! Also, you'll always be greeted with a smile.

It is very peaceful here at Woodhaven. The neighborhood is quiet and its residents are friendly. We have a forest right behind us too, so going out for fresh air on the trails is an extra treat. I look forward to having the other activity areas open up for more recreational opportunity there.

Regarding the location, we are less than 10 minutes away from being by the water, downtown Everett, and not to mention the countless restaurants and stores available to us in the area. There's a lot of local eats here, I'm ready to explore wherever the cravings lead me. Overall, I am grateful to live here knowing that I am in good hands and in a safe area. Here's to many great years ahead at Woodhaven

Connor was exceptional during our leasing endeavor; top tier customer service was shown throughout. All our questions were answered and we got on the fast track to a new place in town all around fantastic experience! 🤟🏻

Caveat: I've been here one month as of writing this review

I have been throughly impressed with Woodhaven so far. It's well managed, responsive and the property is taken care of well. Amanda, the current property manager, is absolutely on top of everything here and is well liked by other tenants as well. That says a lot to me.

As an FYI, a larger corporation does own this property and it comes with some advantages.

For starters? The outside is extremely well kept up. There isn't trash laying on the ground or the parking lot — it's taken care of. The sidewalks are nice, the playground area is nice, even the mail area is honestly nice.

So far I've encountered a range of ages of folks, which I thought was really interesting. It adds a certain community feel to the area, which I also like. And to that — every resident I've interacted with has been incredibly friendly and while that seems to be my experience in Everett so far, it's still a plus.

The apartments themselves are more than adequate. The appliances provided are great. The walls are nice, the carpet is good. Some of the two-bedroom apartments might have smaller bathrooms than a little larger family would prefer, but there is tons of storage space throughout many of the floorplans as well as my own apartment (2 BR), which is a massive bonus.

The other big thing is that you're near Forest Park. It is full of trails and tons of stuff to just go do. If you have younger kids, being a 10 minute walk from a large playground and having a large grassy area within eyesight is going to be quite awesome for you. It's also feels very safe here. Everett gets a bad rep about safety, but it's not anywhere near as bad as that rep would suggest.

In any case, all I have asked from property management companies throughout my adult life is to be transparent with me, deal with issues sooner rather than later, and to make sure the apartment complex is free of pests. All of those boxes have been checked so far.

The apartments are great! Very quiet and lots of parking. Connor in the rental management team was amazing, very helpful and he got right back to me if I had any questions.

Five stars is not enough to show how we feel about Woodhaven Apartments. We had toured a few apartment complexes the day we found Woodhaven and immediately we knew we found our home.

Kudos to Ellen!! She is the Apartment Manager and she made our decision easy. From speaking to her on the phone and meeting her a few feet away, she made us feel welcome and important.

With everything that is so uncertain in these times, for us what's certain is the attention and care we got from an individual that didn't know us. We can tell she was genuine and she really had our best interests at heart.

We know we will call Woodhaven our home for years to come!!

Our refrigerator went out on us and we contacted corporate to address the situation. Ellen the property manager responded to us within minutes and Gordy the property maintenance manager was extremely attentive to the needs of our apartment. They delegated the situation within minutes and now we have a new refrigerator. I just wanted to say thank you to them both.Compassion and customer service at its finest!

Ellen is the best property manager I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She is genuinely concerned with any issue you may have and takes care of it right away. She is always smiling and makes you feel at home! Also, Gordy the maintenance man is beyond awesome and is always in a great mood : )

Ellen is the best manager anyone can ever ask for. She is kind and helpful, always a smile on her face under the mask. Anytime I need help she is always willing especially with the amount of paperwork I need assistance with. I have been living here for 3 years and just renewed my lease because of the management.

Ellen has been a kind person. She had helped through the entire process to get my apartment. She helped me every time I called to relieve my stress with the move. Woodhaven is a good neighborhood to live in. Everyone has been really friendly. I will recommend Ellen and Woodhaven if you are looking for a place to call home.

Woodhaven is a great place to live, I recently moved here from Maui Hawaii and found Woodhaven to be a very affordable place to rent, Ellen Paige has been amazing at meeting my, accommodation needs she is always on the spot and is very reliable as a manager for Woodhaven! I would suggest Woodhaven to anyone looking for an affordable place to live it is a very quiet and accommodating place. I love it here in the short time I have lived here, it’s close to everything and if you have children there is even a play ground safe for children the residents here are very nice and welcoming of all backgrounds, I would like to give a special thanks and definitely a 5 stars to Ellen Paige always your new tenant. I don’t even know where to start. We have been here before Ellen became the manager. We can’t believe the genuine kindness and care she gives to all the residents. She takes care of any complaints immediately and does it with pure sincerity.

Gordie always gets our request taken care of and very detailed with instructions.

Living here at Woodhaven feels so much being like a big family and we love every minute of it!!

Ellen has given me such kind attention to my needs. Gordie has been very helpful with emergency work orders.

Ellen has the ability to calm the storms with some of our disgruntled neighbors.

We appreciate the community get togethers that they always held and are looking forward to more social gatherings when we are all allowed to be able to socialize again.

Woodhaven is a great community to live in and we really appreciate the kindness, honesty and care that they give to all te residents.
