Holiday Inn Express & Suites Exmore - Eastern Shore, an IHG Hotel

Great hotel. Very clean rooms in good shape. Friendly, helpful staff. I travel for work 6 months out of the year so trust me when I say this is definitely one of the better hotels. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Always a great stay at HI Express. This location did not disappoint. Friendly staff and very clean room.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet! Plus, breakfast was more than decent. Nice place, nice staff.

This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Exmore, and I am very satisfied! Everything was great. The room was clean and inviting with a king size bed with a white comforter. The bathroom was very clean, and had quality soap and shower gel. The Continental Breakfast was one of the best that I experienced at a hotel. I will book a stay again in the future.

Staff was so friendly. They helped us upgrade our room to have two beds and knew us simply by “we called and upgraded to two beds” which felt so homey. The pool was beautiful and not heated which had me staying in longer. (I love cold water) The rooms were super nice with very cold AC and amazing comfy beds.

Breakfast buffet had a little something for everyone and a coffee/juice bar. We took advantage both mornings we were there.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place and amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good and the kitchen/breakfast staff were really wonderful people!
My only solid complaint was the TV wasn't working so good. However that was due to the poor weather we had and wasn't the hotel's fault.

The room was cleaned ,the breakfast area was the best I ever saw, they had french toast,veggie omelets ,and alot more. The staffs are very friendly all around. The only thing that is a negative is the bed is very high up for a elderly or disabled person to get into .

Our room was perfect. Clean, comfy, a nice chase lounge seat. The colors of the room were really nice too, trendy. I want to bring the palate to my house! The pool was nice and the free breakfast had many different choices.

To start off, this wasn't our first choice. However, we were able to get a room. We didn't read or remember the stayover policy where you're suppose to reserve the refreshing of the room ( pick up soiled towels, replace soaps, etc). You can imagine after a long day out, the disappointment that our room hadn't been refreshed. When l went to the Front Desk, the young lady WAS MORE than accommodating! No smirks or arrogant attitude. That alone made our stay here pleasant and enjoyable!!

Stayed at HOLIDAY Inn XpressMusic last night in Emporia, VA. Loved it! Cleanliness was amazing, room was larger then expected, bed great, towels were soft. We previously stayed at Hampton Inn's. We were extremely tired of dirty rooms, bathroom issues, etc., and the expense. We are sticking with Holiday Inn X press. Cost is much better as well. Thank you!!!

Tremendous value (when booked through a third-party booking site). Quiet, good breakfast, big comfortable bed. We drove up in a Tesla and the woman behind the desk came out into the parking lot to greet us and ask us if we wanted to use their charger. That's unexpectedly good service. I'd go back in a moment.

We ended up spending the night unexpectedly when we ran into torrential downpour and flooding last night. The staff was courteous and helpful. We got a very reasonable rate and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected and the gentleman Manning it this morning was wonderful. He was very helpful and patient with my very inquisitive 5 year old. I wish I knew his name so I could thank him specifically!

We had a room on the 2nd floor with 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa. It was a very spacious room with lots of places to sit suitcases and items. Beds were comfortable with warm comforters. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was the best we have had a hotel. It had a very good selection and was very tasty. All this and it was a reasonably priced hotel.

Man!!! This is the place to stay. Very clean establishment! The rooms smelled wonderful and the linens were very clean! The staff was very nice and respectful. Housekeeping was not loud and obnoxious in the morning like some hotels. Breakfast was limited due to COVID, but okay nonetheless.

We had a very restful night in our comfortable clean room. The view from the window was beautiful. The bed was great, TV excellent and the coffee was delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Really nice and clean place. Been here since Sunday and still here right now. Everyone that is working in the hotel are awesome. It’s like they own the hotel and give you very comforting vibes and great hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that will be coming to this area.

I really enjoyed my stay. Bed and pillows we're very comfortable. Room was clean AC in this room did not get as cold as I would have hoped for. Breakfast was nice, lots of choices.

Very clean, nice rooms decorated well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had to change rooms due to noisy room across the hall. Staff accommodated instantly without hesitation. Great customer service.
