Jen, Duane and the team at Hudson Real Estate did nothing short of an incredible job selling our Washington home. This was a very complicated situation, involving boundary line adjustments, title issues, repairs, and more. Jen went above and beyond. She personally handled many of our issues, coordinated with the appropriate parties, and offered creative solutions. If the first attempt didn't work, she tried something else, and kept trying until all of the roadblocks were cleared.

After listing, we quickly received three competitive offers over asking price and Jen went back to work negotiating with each buyer. We were then able to hand select the deal with the best terms. None of this would have been possible without Jen's expertise, and I am convinced we would have gotten significantly less for our property.
