AT&T Store

Dans and Myles helped me and my family stayed after close and were extremely helpful, caring, comforting, helped answer ever question super respectful. Great representatives of their company made me feel cared about, learned all my family members names, gave us all the information we needed and helped us get the best deal for our family. 11/10 Couldn’t recommend Myles and Dans more!

Myles and Dan took incredible care of us. We (a family of five) came in at 6:30pm and all wanted an upgrade. They were patient, kind, courteous, and generous to us. I highly recommend them and this store!!!

I was a First-net account holder first and was paying overpriced amount but after switching it to the regular plan in a whole family plan , now everything looks smooth. John is really a great person helped even after hours one day staying more than an hour to do all the needed work up. He is calm and very well explanatory guy. I will give highest ratings in all customer services aspect.

Mr. John who is sales rep there helped me to setup the new account with the new numbers and porting some from different carrier and he is amazing and know his job very well.
Treating the customer with respect and listen carefully for their questions and resolve it.

This at&t store is the best especially with the new staff they have in there. As far as authorized retailers go I have always had problems but this particular store is an outlier, they are very helpful and friendly and I personally have never had a problem here. Thanks guys! Keep it up.

At&t you got it right with this guy ! John the store manager is amazing !! I came in and was having the worst day ever ! He helped me with my phone even got part of my past due balance taken care of so I could get my new phone ! When I was leaving he walked me out and said smile have a great day. To top it off I was in the parking lot with a flat tire and felt hopeless no money. He said “I got you” I was hesitant but my son seemed to like him and John took the tire off the car and drove us to a tire shop got me a new tire and even got me and my son ice cream came back and put the tire on the car . When I asked how I can ever repay him he told me . “I got you just pay it forward seeing you and your son safe is my happiness” John if you read this you are a gift from god and At&t is lucky to have you

The staff at the AT&T store on 434 in Winter Springs is wonderful. They took time to answer all my questions. My problem was a simple one. I wanted to pay off my phone so I could buy a new one. The program that the store has to set up billing etc. did not allow them to take my payment. So they told me that I may get father with the call center. I put my phone on speaker so that if I needed help the store staff could chime in.

The man on the phone said he could not do it and I should go to the AT&T store or get on line and set it up my self. I told him again that I was at a store and they could not do it. Why I should be able to do what the staff could not.

John called someone after the phone help refused to bump me up to a supervisor saying it would take over an hour to get some one. I do not know who John called but my problems were solved and I am sending this message on my new phone.

Our experience at this store couldn't have been better. The employees were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman that attended to us, Brandon, was very informative and smart! He gave us all the information that we needed, and he was extremely patient with all our questions :) Setting up a phone can be a tedious process, but we actually had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning to this location if we need anything! :)

Exceptional customer service is just a beginner. From the Manager Jamie, Kaylee and Estefania the retail sales consultants are simply amazing. They all went over and beyond to make sure I left the store with what I wanted and needed. They also made sure that I was on the best plan to save. This is the store to go to for all your Att needs!!!

Needed help with my mom’s iPhone SIM card. Daniel and Tracy fixed the problem quickly. Customer service was excellent!

Had a great experience at AT&T in the Winter Springs Town Center. Jamie and Kaylee took great care of us and went out of their way to resolve our small issue that we were having and discussed with other AT&T stores. Go see them if you are looking for great customer service.

Because of Jarred’s excellent service, I transferred my account from Verizon to ATT when I upgraded my son’s phone. I upgraded him to a 12, transferred my service and purchased a new phone, an I watch, accessories for both phones. I also spoke to Jessica about transferring my internet and tv service. When I go back, I will get those services activated. This is the first review I have ever written for a business! Excellent!

My wife and I went to the store to ask for help with our plan and services. We were greated right away by a manager Jamie and a sales associate Kaylee. We were allowed to explain our frustration and asked for options and solutions. They explained all our choices and got immediately to work on solving our issues. Our request was taking care with no issues and to our satisfaction. We will recomend this location to all our friends and family.

Excellent customer service provided. Anything I needed for this phone was in the store let alone they sold computers and laptop's. I was able to purchase a case for the Galaxy Note 20 at this store along with screen covers. The people there were helpful and the store is 2 minute from my house

Had a great experience! Brought in my broken phone and ended up with a great new phone. Brandon was very patient with me (a senior citizen and not super tech savvy) and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Every single person working in this store is so nice, I always get greeted with a smile. I'd been having a complicated issue with a new phone & it's bill, which took me a couple of times of going back to the store to try to get it resolved. Finally, Estefania sat down with me & did absolutely everything necessary to fix the issues. She was immensely helpful; she even helped me dissect the phone bill & figure out what each charge was for, in detail. Estefania finally resolved this long-standing issue I had, along with Demarcus. I'm truly grateful for them!

Great experience at this store for my first time with my son we usually do business with the oviedo store by the mall for 8plus yrs but we moved to Tuskawilla so my son said dad let's go to the winter springs store it's up the block we'll it was great no hassle waiting watching different employees walking back and forth pass you and waiting for someone to help you!! Evan was great welcomed us as we walked in asked us what he can help us with told him we was up for updates on new phones showed us different options walked out with 2 new Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5G very happy easy transition no hassle even helped me login and find lost passwords great service highly recommend seeing Evan great person thanks again AT&T at winter springs store
