PreFlight Airport Parking BOS

Crazy busy lot so there are a number of staff directing you to spaces. Stay by your car and there is a shuttle there in seconds. Courteous drivers never fail to help with luggage. Just 0.8 miles away from Logan economy parking and way superior service for half the price. Fantastic all round.

Used it on my last trip and was super convenient! Very spacious lot, fully staffed and attended even when I arrived at 4am. Shuttle was prompt at picking up and dropping off at the airport. Even coming back, the shuttle waited at the terminal for me after the driver saw me running to try and catch it, and they even drop you off directly in the row you parked. Cheaper than the airport, and just as efficient, if not more! Would park here again.

So easy to reserve and best price I found of many parking options. Very pleasant staff and quick drop off and pickup. Upon return my car was covered in snow and I was not prepared 😕 The driver was very kind and helped me clear my car with a broom he had in his van.

These guys know what they are doing. They save you money and get you to your terminal faster than if you used central parking at Logan. I'm always impressed at how efficient they are. The only negative is snow. They do a good job with snow removal, but they don't do your car. Pack a broom or a shovel, and you'll be fine.

Very smooth process. Only downside is that I wasn’t giving a ticket to my parking upon departure but make sure you take a picture of where you park so you can save time. Besides that everything went very smooth.

This was our first time parking at PreFlight. I chose it based on its cost being very reasonable for a two week stay and we were very impressed. Booking was easy. The bus was close as soon as we arrived, and on the return the shuttle bus arrived within a minute of our waiting outside terminal E and the driver was very helpful with the luggage.

Went in not knowing what to expect, but glad we did! Boston is a nightmare getting to and from airport! Pulled in, parked and shuttle waited for us to go to Logan! Shuttles drive throughout large lot picking up customers and give you a ticket telling you where car is parked to use later to hand driver to bring you back to exactly where you were! Clean shuttles and great drivers! Highly recommend!

Used it for the first time since I had a really early flight. Everything went so smooth! The shuttle picked us up right at our car and we were at Logan in no time. On the return trip we only waited about 5 min for a shuttle and the drivers were really pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be using them again!

drivers are extremely prompt in the parking lot for pickup.

the app bus location does not work / reports false data in terms of their locations,

the app needs some work in terms of interface and accessing past receipts and barcodes

otherwise it's the best parking option for BOS

Phenomenal service! I booked easily online within two days of my trip. Upon my arrival, a shuttle met me at my parking spot and quickly transported me to Logan. With PreFlight, it took 20 minutes from the time of parking my car to getting to my airline gate (TSA pre-check user in the middle of a weekday). On my return trip, I handed the driver my slip, and he took me right to my exact spot in their large parking lot! No lugging your stuff around and searching for where to go at their site or at Logan. The drivers were professional, kind, and prompt. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for convenient yet affordable parking around Logan. Will definitely use PreFlight again!

I was rushing to the airport & left my car running at Preflight Parking in Boston. I spoke with Mayra to assist me with shutting my car off while I had the keys with me. I've always had a great experience here. They are extremely quick about getting you to the airport after you park (a van pretty much follows you into the parking lot and picks you up at your car).

Getting back to your car sometimes takes a little longer, but that's usually a little less time critical. The nice thing is they take your ticket when you get on the van and drop you off right at your car. Most recently, I got on the shuttle at almost 1am. It was crowded, but still very efficient getting back to my car.

Tip: Reserve and pay in advance to save a few bucks.

Very convenient location from BOS. Secure parking lots and ample shuttles to and from the airport. Reasonable rates and courteous drivers make this our favorite option.

Highly recommend. I had a very early departing flight and late arrival. I was concerned with the shuttle due to the timing but everything was smooth. Shuttles were very quick. Easy pick up at the airport at midnight. Only waited a couple of minutes at the terminal. I recommend downloading the app for a quick exit and to track the shuttles.

When the crew from Averill House Vineyard fly this is the best experience in town.

Second time that I used this company and they are HANDS DOWN the best company to use. They arrive promptly to bring you to the airport and when we arrive, we literally jump right on a shuttle. Prices are very reasonable and very friendly staff. Thank you!

Excellent drivers. I apparently dropped the key to my car when leaving for a 5 day trip. Returning after midnight and I couldn’t find my key anywhere, I thought we should just ask if someone might have found a key. They had a well organized lost and found with baskets of keys and assorted items sorted by date found! Happily drove my own car home at 2:00 a.m. Tip these drivers! They’re awesome!

Easy as pie to reserve parking using the web site. After checking in the shuttle bus followed us to our parking spot,waited for us and then continued on to the next people waiting. Great service and great price. On our return flight the service was excellent,we arrived at 1 am and waited 15 mins to picked up, driver helped w/luggage. Will use again.
