Dr. Floyd and the Victoria are the best team for primary care! Dr. Floyd is efficient, listens to any concerns and genuinely helps to find solutions for problems I have had. Victoria (RN) is incredibly kind and swift. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been seeing Samantha Franz as my primary physician for several years and she’s been amazing. Very attentive and through with addressing any issues and concerns I’ve had. Front desk staff is always friendly and I can usually get an appt with her within one to two weeks

LOVE MY DR, Dr Floyd. She’s fantastic! I’m not sure when people get their appointments, but 10/10 times when I go I end up leaving at the time I was given an appointment! I’ve seen Dr Floyd for 10 years and she’s always taken the time to listen to me! I feel like she truly cares about my well being! PERFECT and what I expect from a family GP

I have always had a great experience here. Sometimes takes a little while to get an appointment but staff and nurses as well as Drs are very caring. I see Nurse Practitioner Samantha Franz and I think she is very caring and listens and is very thorough. I feel in good hands with her! I would highly recommend this group!

Great locations and a very clean office... This office is off the highway and can be reached from any part of the city with ease... Away from traffic... My first visit to this office went extremely well with the front staff being very helpful. The medical assistant or nurse that took me back was wonderful and right on point. Dr. Alexander was wonderful as well. my first visit them was to get established and it was everything I was hoping for. I know I have only had one visit but I have no doubt I am going to be very happy what them.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I have been going here for about a year. Everyone in the front office is friendly and helpful. They are easy to reach and accommodating. I have had the pleasure of seeing both Samantha Franz and Dr. Floyd. Both are amazing, thorough and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this office.

Great doctors

Dr. Brown is amazing. I would give her a 5 star rating, but her front office staff are horrible. The front office consistently mess up appointments and sending out orders for cat scans ect.

Have a medical issue, just go somewhere else, they don't care. Medical industry is an actual clown show these days. America used to lead the world in health and human care. Obviously not anymore! Wish I could give zero stars for the rating. Oh and we pay a ton in health insurance too!

Been trying to contact a nurse for 2 days. I have left at least 3-4 messages. Trying to get a refill prescription. I was just on hold for 1.5 hours. No luck talking to a nurse. Must definitely be understaffed. I love Dr. Floyd and Dr. Brown, but they need to hire more people.

I called the Stafford office and they had a nurse answer me right away and prescription was filled ASAP. They were awesome!

Jennifer Thompson was arrogant. She opened the exam room door and said to me, "You're not my patient." Correct, but my own Nurse Practitioner was not available and I was scheduled with Thompson. How unwelcoming. Then, when I requested a refill of the only medicated topical cream that clears up minor skin irritations, she wouldn't prescribe it. I have used this cream before and had great results with it. Thompson kept urging me to try other medications which have never worked for this particular problem, refused to refill the prescription I had, and then proceeded to emphasize that SHE was the one with the medical degree. She was far more interested in asserting the validity of her medical license than she was in helping a patient with a minor problem. She is a detriment to an otherwise wonderful practice. I left with nothing in hand to show for a $25.00 co-pay and the waste of two hours of my time. Do not use Thompson. She's horrible.

My husband has a terrible cough and congestion in his chest. We have no insurance he paid full price to be seen. Went in on Friday and stated his issues to the Dr. He also let her know that the cough medication he was prescribed at a time he was previously sick did NOT work for his cough. She told him he had bronchitis and she will call his prescription in. He went to CVS to pick it up and they never called it in. He tried to call the Drs office back but they were closed. I called the on call Dr and he said he would call in his prescription once he got to the office and NEVER did. On monday he called and told them about it and they told him the Dr he seen is on vacation and he will need to make another appt to see a different Dr and pay again. WHAT ??? This is their mess up so why is he paying for it? We will be finding a new Family Physician asap. So unprofessional and very upset with them.
