Walmart Supercenter

Had to pick up monthly prescription from the pharmacy. Only the second time I've been there since moving up from Texas a couple of months ago. The staff is very personable and asked me how my recent trip went. That was really nice. I felt like a family/ friend!!! Thank you

Prices are always good. Social interactions are always good with employees. Very good welcoming hospitality even cashier sometimes will talk your ears right off lol. Foods from dairy deli shelves are always fresh. Great low prices on Reebok apparel which is top brand sold at Walmart Monroe. Great deals on toy collectibles transformers TMNT Marvel WWE AEW and DC.

I do grocery pick up there. I miss the pharmacy pick up. But I have been pleased with grocery pick up here . People are always helpful and courteous. But they should train these employees. They don't know how pick produce and sometimes I come home with moldy items. Also help them with bagging and loading the trunk. Bread and breakable items should be on top. 40 pounds of kitty litter should go in first, not last on top of everything. Do not put food, chemicals and toiletries in the same bag. I don't need Raid with the lunch meat. Most of these are young kids that don't know much about these things.A brief training would make them outstanding employees and make customers happy. This is a corporate issue.

Restrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Not overbearing like Illinois, and cheaper prices than Illinois, too. Nice location for dye-free diapers, cheese, and bakery.

The amaryllis are worth picking up at Christmas. Made me sad to see how many were leftover on clearance. I grabbed a few more to give away.

Every single time I pickup an online order the associates that bring out my order are awesome. Pleasant greetings and helpful in loading my order.

They had everything I was looking for on this trip. The store was clean and well stocked.

Our Walmart store has gone through some updates. The store went through a new facelift on the inside. They have moved departments around and we are just getting used to the changes. It is a clean store with isles that are wide enough to go through with no clutter. The Pharmacy is up front now just inside the door to the West.

As our vacation route changed some we asked to stay over at this Walmart. In doing so with permission (thank you extremely much) we went shopping for various necessities. Always pleasant of Walmart to let us do a quick overnight rest stay. We use various Walmart's at times for this and always shop for various things. Once we bought a 55" TV, saw it on sale and set it in our living room once we got back to our home a few weeks later. THANK YOU much Walmart.

I had left a bag of merchandise in the bag carousel and didn't realize it until I got home. I returned to the store and had my missing item within minutes. No hassles and very friendly customer service.

Had what I needed, when the Platteville walmart was out of stock, as far as clothing

Another big, clean and well stocked Walmart. We stop here often when coming to Monroe.

Monroe has a nice stocked store and very clean and organized.

As a merchandiser I do a lot of work in various Walmarts all over the state. I have to give Theresa in the garden department 5 stars. She has the most beautiful cared for flowers and plants in the Monroe Walmart garden center. Walmart should have her training all garden center mgmnt. Theresa's is best I've seen in this state! Even the marked down plants looked somewhat healthy. I'll make the trip to this store to purchase plants.

This is a great store!! It's very spacious. Clean. A good variety of products. Plus, WI. has no food tax and lower sales tax than IL. I'm grateful to not live far from Monroe!!!

Went to monroe Walmart looking for a receipt. Took them afew minute . But they was able to find out . Thanks so much. Husband was checking out and was impressed on how many register open 👏 😄.

This Walmart is so amazing. I have never felt unsafe here, even late at night by myself. It is always tidy, including the bathrooms. They have a nursing room now too which I used once before my youngest stopped! Very nice! I just went here today and there were 3 workers that were just so sweet and asked if I needed anything while I was walking around shopping. Customer service is above and beyond at this location so I came to write my appreciation. Keep it up, Monroe! Thank you!

Never had to wait for too long in self check out line. Always has plenty of variety of Chobani yogurt is what I buy there when I am in Monroe every month.

I love this Walmart. The people are so friendly oh, they remember who I am. They always give candy to each one of my kids I have three. They even give me a piece of candy. The greeters are wonderful. Sometimes finding what you need is hard because there's not always someone to ask you if you need help, however I give them a five still because of the help I do get when I get it and the people that work there.
