Outstanding experience with Joelle, thank you for giving me my vaccine today and doing it so quickly as a walk in! Definitely recommend her for vaccines!!

The two employees were very helpful to me as I was trying to locate medications on the shelves. They also put me first in my help to use my insurance card to purchase the medications.

I was hesitant to get my prescriptions here after reading reviews and almost chose to just go to Giant in Pantops. I decided to risk it and can say that I have now had several prescriptions filled at this location when I am in town and have even had transfers completed from other CVS pharmacies without any issues. The associates are always friendly and the store is always super clean!

I was visiting friends and realized when I got here that I had left my meds at home. They are critical meds and I'm not supposed to miss a dose. I called the pharmacy and, even though it was a busy Friday night, the pharmacist made time to speak with me. It would have been easy for him to say sorry, I can't refill because it's too early. He understood my situation and went the extra mile to contact the insurance company and explain my emergency situation. He got approval to give me a refill early so I could get my meds. The pharmacist was incredibly responsive and helpful. Kudos!

The people who work in this store are helpful, polite, professional, and will always have a smile waiting for you. For over 20 years I worked in customer service and I can tell you it’s a two street. I have seen some of the most difficult personalities in line at CVS and absolutely berate the employees for something that can’t even be helped, and the cashier or the pharmacist maintains a polite disposition and continues to ask how they can assist. And somehow, they always manage to muster up a smile for that individual who just chewed them out. Make sure you thank them for the long, tiresome hours they put in to make sure you have what you need. They have families, they have feelings, and they stand on the front lines too. A simple “thank you, have a good day”, goes a long way.

This store should have a much higher rating. The staff in both the front and the pharmacy are doing their absolute best to help their customers. Many people don’t acknowledge that a lot of these workers are under constant stress, I’ve even personally witnessed horrible customers screaming at cashiers and pharmacists and just being overall horrible people. I personally like shopping here, the workers are always welcoming, helpful, and caring.
So to end my review I’d like to remind you all to please remember that these are in fact human beings and that the workers DO NOT control the policies.

There have been a bunch of bad reviews over the past several months, but I've learned that CVS has realized the issue and brought in one of their best pharmacists in the state to take over and make things right...and, while it's not yet perfect, things are much, much better than they were just a few weeks ago. Great new pharmacist-in-charge--great lead pharmacy technician, finally getting the support she deserves--great job by whomever in CVS made the call to make things better in this pharmacy.

5 stars for the employees in the pharmacy for enduring nasty customers due to lack of staffing!!!

This is not about the staff, it’s about the MANAGER of the Abby Road location. It is SHAMEFUL that your pharmacy is so understaffed! You create an environment of hostility between your hard working pharm. employees and the customer. I stood in line only to hear nastiness from those ahead of me. This store operates with 1 rotating pharmacist, 1 window tender and the tech who fills scripts AND tends the counter. I refuse to move my scripts. I also refuse to take my frustrations out on the staff. They are handling our meds and it’s not easy. They aren’t cashiers!!!!!!!!! TREAT THEM BETTER. HIRE HELP!!!

Thanksgiving day 2018. Many thanks to the pharmacy staff who helped me obtain my son's inhaler and epi-pen while he was experiencing severe allergic reactions as we visited the area for the holiday. It was extra time and stress on the part of the cvs staff, and I am grateful that we were given the chance to enjoy the holiday rather than chase up these meds in an emergency room. Thank you.

I was in the store earlier this week, not only were the workers kind but were they friendly and professional. I know it’s very difficult to make everyone happy but I am in there often and I see them try their best. I’m grateful for the staff and their patience in spite of the very heavy work load.

Very clean, friendly staff, good prices. Pharmacy experience was excellent. This is my first choice locally and beyond.
