City Escape Spa

I honestly had an incredible experience. I never go to these places because they are never really clean or sanitary. City Escape Spa go the extra mile in the sanitation department. Well in all departments I should say. The moment you walk in you’re embraced with a very calm and subtle aroma. It isn’t noisy and I love the clear communication. Definitely came home very calm and relaxed.
SN: You have to try their sensory room. I’m probably not naming it correctly. Inquire anyway because it is an experience!

I always have a great experience with Evee. She is top notch,professional and a great person.This are some of my photos of my beautiful nails she has done. From dip to Acrylic overlay with gel. I love it and my nails have looked great. I get so many compliments on them. People who are posting fake reviews need to just stop doing that.

Update. 12/2023. Evee and her busband Shawn are still the best and now they have added Ash to the crew and she is the bomb too when it comes to nails and pedicures. Ash did my footlogics pedicure and did a fantastic job. You will never be disappointed in any of their services. Merry Christmas to all.

It's the new year and new me. Evee goes above and beyond with the massages and facials. She is the best. I have added cupping to my facials and massages and I am loving the results. I bought a massage package to add extra massages too because it's so worth it when you have someone who knows what they are doing and have the certification to back it all up.

Evee,Shawn and Ashley have a new salon. It's bigger and more beautiful than the last one . I love coming to her and this group. Relax,unwind,self care is the best and I am in the best hands here in Casselberry.

I absolutely love this salon! This is my third time coming here for Gel-X nails, and Evee does them perfectly every single time! I’m always receiving compliments on how they look. A warm and relaxing experience. I highly recommend them for my salon needs. 💕

This is probably the first spa that I have EVER been to that properly takes care of your nails when it comes to getting a manicure(regular , gel, dip, acrylics and gel-X).
Prior to them it was becoming more difficult for me to find a nail place that actually KNEW what they were doing and I didn’t have to worry about my nails weaken or breaking over time.
So far I have been with them for almost three months now and my nails are still healthy and strong(thanks to their IBX strengthening treatment).

Trust me you won’t regret going to City Escape Spa. They will take good care of you with all the amazing services they offer!

I’ve had nothing but the best experiences here. It’s always clean (and I’ve seen them cleaning up after me), I love that they have a variety of complimentary beverages that they change seasonally so it never the same (ask for the secret menu)! Evee is a straight shooter & will always be honest on what’s best for you. Shawn does an excellent foot massage after the pedicures. I always get Footlogix it leaves your feet so soft. I went to their latest Open House & that was so welcoming. I got to meet the new person Ash and she fits in so well with Evee & Shawn’s dynamic.

Highly recommend if you are wanting to find your forever spa or salon. I always book in advance & it works with my work schedule nicely. I know when it’s my appointment time that I’ll be seen & don’t have to wait.

I cannot say enough good things about Evee, her staff and the spa! The facials are the best, the atmosphere is so soothing and calming. This is by far the best spa ever!!!! I came to an open house and was impressed with the products and quality of services they offer. You have a dedicated appointment time with your tech, there’s no rush and thorough attention to what your nails/feet need are given. Happy to call this my new nail salon. I think everyone should get a Footlogix Pedicure. If you’re anything like me you’ve probably been to the nail salon where they have you sit your feet in the water sometimes col sometimes too hot. They will use a cheese grater that’s not good for your feet and you’ll find yourself needing to go back for that same pedicure too soon cause your feet have callus or the polish has chipped. Just know when you come to City Escape that won’t be the case. The salon is very clean. I was greeted by the owner Evee when I arrived. She gave me a tour of the salon and showed me where everything was and what the rooms were used for. When I got into the lobby area she offered me a beverage and she had me complete an intake form. What I appreciate about the form is it asked about issues that you may have when it comes to your feet so the technician can have a better understanding on how to personalize your service. Evee was very friendly and I was greeted by Ash and Shawn. There were two chairs for the pedicure station. The ambiance as you’re getting your pedicure has relaxing music and good conversation. The Footlogix products used were so great on my feet. I had callus on my feet’s since it’s been a while since my last pedicure. Evee was not judgmental about the condition of my feet and I appreciate that. I would give my experience and the service a 10/10. I’m already planning to bring my mom to the salon for a pedicure. If you are looking for personalized service look no further. I also want to mention Evee was very responsive to my text when I had questions before booking the appointment.

I have spent years trying to find a place that fits my needs when it comes to my nail health. I could not be happier with my experience at City Escape Spa. The products used are top level, the staff is educated, and the spa is immaculate. Sanitarty practices are pivotal to me and City Escape Spa goes over and beyond. Not to mention it is nice to relax, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy a good conversation with Ashley a Licensed Nail Tech. The owner Evee in highly invovled/devoted to her spa. I have finally found my place where I can be a regular client after years of searching.

The best spa in the central Florida region and it’s not even close! Fantastic quality and atmosphere. While I’ve enjoyed services there myself, I must give high praise to the owners, Evee and Shawn, who treated my wife like Royalty for several years there every time she had an appointment. You are missing out if you don’t give City Escape a try!!!

Loved my footlogix pedicure with Ashley! She is extremely informative and talked me through the entire process. I will definitely be booking again. City Escape Spa is truly awesome!

I have been going to Evee now for over 6 months and she is by far the best nail guru I have ever been to. I honestly look forward to each appointment not only for the fabulous job she does every time with my Gel-X nails but for the conversation and personal connection that she gives to me. I adore her and will never go anywhere else.

Oh, I showed up to the grand opening had the best time of my life. It was a great experience to see a new spot open up in a new location. I did the multi sensory experience which help you relax before or after ur appointment. If you are in the area you have to check this spa out.

Both Evee and Shawn were great to meet. Both are very professional and personable. Salon is very clean and welcoming. Both have done wonderful jobs with manicure/pedicure. I have always left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend going here! Plus they try to work with you for appointment times and always give a compliment drink. They go above and beyond than most places.

So I've been going to Evee now for about 2 months, I started with a pedi and gel manicures and now I get acrylics and more. And she's amazing always striving for perfection always going above and beyond and my nails have never looked so good. I'm so glad I've found her.

I've had two pedicures with Evee. Came into a super clean salon. She sat me down at the pedicure station. My bowl had a liner and all her tools she opened from their package in front of me. She goes the extra mile for every step in the process, using clean tools, station, and quality products. My feet have never looked better.

Update 2024: beautiful new location. Ash did amazing pedicure. Also got my nails done and loved it.

I moved to the area from Rhode Island one year ago. I've always had issues with iffy salons and in recent years, would always leave my appointments with cuts, uneven nails, and I started developing "greenies." I started looking for a salon almost immediately after moving, and I did end up finding a place. However, once again, I got a greenie! That's when I decided to give my nails a break, and start doing research. I came across City Escape Spa on TikTok. I then scrolled video after video on Evee's page. Evee talks about nail fungus (greenies), proper disinfection of tools, following protocol and how a nail salon should maintain proper standards. My husband made me an appointment for my first visit a few months ago, and Evee is the ONLY tech that I will let touch my nails. She's super kind, funny, and knows what she's talking about. I've never left her spa unhappy. She speaks honestly and clearly about her standards and client rules. Everything is outlined perfectly on her website. If you know how to read and you have the understanding that this is how she wants her business run, you should have ZERO issues. I love going to Evee. No, she is not everyone's cup of tea, but maybe it's because she's a piping hot cup of coffee! I would recommend BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT....check out her videos on TikTok, read her website, and do a trial appointment and then decide. I don't regret my choice at all!!!

Amazing all the way around. Ashley explained everything and was knowledgeable. The footlogix pedicure was heavenly!
But honestly what I love the most about city escape spa is their attention to client safety and health. They are not like those chop shops (IYKYK). Worth the moneys! Thanks Ashley!
