Our first time using A-1 and we were beyond impressed. Their customer service alone was outstanding. Being relatively new to the area, 2+ years, we have tried a few places but we are sure now we have found our spot for all our future automotive needs. Brian at the front house of the place went above and beyond helping us get what we needed for an out of state inspection and then gave us just a couple suggestions on things that were going to need some attention in the future along with an estimate of what those costs might be so we could plan accordingly. We never felt pressured into have extra work or expenses than what we initially came in for. Great job guys. Thank you and we will definitely see you again soon.

Once again A1 rescued us. This time is was a fuel leak. Fuel dripping near a hot manifold. I was in Connecticut, so my wife had the car towed in to A1. The car was repaired the same day. Service was fast and excellent. Best care anywhere!

Went there while on an extended vacation because our backup camera on our 2020 Ram went out and we were pulling a travel trailer. Unfortunately, there wasn't a quick fix as we had all hoped for and further diagnostic was necessary.
We didn't have time to wait so we had to move on.
The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. They got us an appointment as soon as possible.

Very professional. Was able to install a new battery late in the day. This really helped me out. Didn't have to wait until the next day.

Excellent Service ! my BMW had a severe flat and A1 came to my house 1 block away, took the tire to the shop and came back to also take the vehicle to the shop. This saved me from having to Flatbed it. Awesome!

Today my 16 year old broke down in a vehicle that was serviced by A1 Auto Care just two days ago. An unfortunate situation was made right by Dave not only calling me after hours to be sure my son was safe with the vehicle but he went beyond that and drove to where he was to meet the broken vehicle and my husband and wait on a tow truck that he ordered for us and took care of. A class act move that we very much appreciated.
I will never take our vehicles to another garage or mechanic… how the problem came about to begin with pales in comparison to how it was handled. We are fortunate that our son wasn’t driving on the interstate when this occurred and so grateful for the way it is being handled by A1 Auto Care. Thank you, Dave! We appreciate you and your team!!

Dave is the great owner of A1 Auto Repair in Hobe Sound. He and his team are great at fixing all kinds of cars.
We took our GMC SUV there and received much better service and at a better price than the dealer.
I take my 1981 928 Porsche to Dave and he has the ability to fix any problem I have at a great price.
Dave has the ability to source parts for my 928 better than anyone else and at a reasonable price.
Dave is as honest as they come. I highly recommend A1 Auto Repair to everyone.

In all my years of owning a car and taking it for service, I have never, never come across a shop as professional, clean, kind, and honest like A1 Auto Care. From the moment I brought my car in, David and their Master Tech. Chris, were honest with me about cost and the work needed; and it was still cheaper than anywhere else. When I went to pay and collect my car, I was greater with a smile and a hand shake by both gentleman. On top of the quality service, a few day later, I got a text from David checking in on me to see how everything was going with my car. A FOLLOW-UP CHECK-IN! I mean it doesn’t get better than that. Seriously the place is a class act and I will continue to take my vehicles there moving forward. In fact I’ve been singing their praises since I got my car back. I’m telling you, if you need a trust worthy honest mechanic who cares, then A1 Auto Care needs to be your shop.

I have a 1962 Austin Healey Sprite that needed a new water pump and new motor mounts. As the mechanic for my own car for the past 37 years, I needed to find a shop that I trusted, because I did not have a lift to do this work. Many friends had recommended A-! Auto and I am glad I took my car there. They did an excellent job and knew what they were doing–– never a doubt. Everyone was so wonderful to work with as if you were dealing with a family member who owned a business. It is so nice to see shops like this still exist.

I am new to Martin county and had a couple issues with my wife’s car. I went to 3 different places before my friend told me about A1. Quality, price, and speed, they say you can only have 2 but not at A1. I knew right when I walked in and spoke with Dave that I was in good hands. He was very warm and helpful when most car places are almost annoyed you want them to fix your car. Amazing service, integrity, and work ethic. I will not take my car anywhere else after my experience. I am a raving fan and would highly recommend them to anyone in south Florida.

Dave and his staff went above and beyond any business I have ever had experience with, in every single way! They were such a blessing to my family in countless ways! We were visiting the area on vacation, and I realized we had a brake problem. This place was highly recommended to me by a relative who lives in that area and uses their services. They fit me into their extremely busy schedule, and fixed my brake problem, to ensure I could drive home safely. They communicated with me throughout the whole experience, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They also made sure we arrived home safely with no further issues. I just wish I could have this kind of service in my home area! They are absolutely the best! May God richly bless this business, as they continue to bless others!

They fixed my a/c in less than 2 hrs, and its ice cold! Great customer service! Highly recommend these guys! They definitely take pride in their work!

A1A did an awesome job!! There was one little thing that was forgotten and they stayed after closing to get it done. My friends and family use A1A and I will always recommend them.

They thoroughly evaluated several issues on my car. They clearly explained what needed to be done and why. Most straightforward shop I've been to! These guys are true pros and it shows! Will go back.

For a year I have been looking for seatbelts. I needed them for my retired police car. I searched the Northeast States and the surrounding and ajoining States along with many websites and had no success. Since I was going to be traveling from Massachusetts to Florida I began searching Florida. I looked all over Florida. The only one that had the parts I needed was A1 Auto. The Brothers that run this Shop were awesome professional, knowledgeable Friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to give you great service. I can’t say enough about A-1 Auto care. We have 3 vehicles and had 2 others before. The folks here are spectacular from the minute you walk in the door until you pick up your vehicle. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. I wish there were more starts to give. I can’t say enough positive things about A-1 the name says it all!!!!

These guys are amazing~ they listened to what was going on and my goal in terms of the result I needed, quickly assessed and fixed the issue in two hours at a cost that was far less than what I was anticipating. Brendon and Phillip (and Mike?) were extremely friendly and professional~ this is the go to shop for me now and I’m pretty particular about my mechanics / shop. Definitely recommend~
