One of the best gyms. Brad the owner is great to talk to for help and fun to be around. There is no contract you only pay $5 a day or $31 a month there is group plans also.

Lots of equipment, friendly atmosphere. Personalized instructions on the use of equipment and best routine to follow to begin with. Personal trainer is available. Make that change with people that are changing with you. All ages and sizes will benefit. Classes start at 5:30 am. Boxing equipment available, ropes, sleds, chains, stairs.

Great gym! I’m visiting from out of town and was able to accomplish my weekly goals here. The owner Brad is friendly and helpful. This will be my go to gym whenever I’m in town.

Great local gym. They have a large selection of equipment to use. The monthly membership is simple and affordable. Up front they have lots of great supplements and gear. For extended memberships or with annual memberships you get access to come in after hours. Helpful local community.

The Downtown Athletic Club has been around since I was in high school, and it is even better now than it was then! Bradley is a friendly owner who offers very reasonable rates for a local gym, and he has expanded into the adjacent building to offer additional equipment for those looking for modern CrossFit-style exercises. Highly recommend this gym for any resident of Arcadia, or anyone passing through.

Brad is an amazing and patient trainer that remembers people by name that come into the gym. There is a lot of equipment here and there is an overall friendly atmosphere at this gym.

Great gym, has an "old school" feel. Plenty of free weights and machines. Brad, the owner, is very knowledgeable and always ready to help.
