Excellent service at the drive thru! They only had 2 employees working and they were very fast! No wait at all! The food was hot and fresh! Definitely 5 stars!

The guy at the register was super kind, smart he knew his menu , explained me the difference between burgers , was super patient even tho i took long time trying to get some coupons from their app and that really sucks was super slow and delayed but this young man did an excellent job. He needs a raised. Im trying to remember his name is on the tip of my tongue 😋. ... 😝well i guess i will get back next time i can remember his name . God bless you all. Thank you ..

We went here 2 days in a row. The food was really good , The order was a little big but it was served hot and fresh , and the order was filled correctly both times.

The Rodeo burger is not in most venues . I am able to get them here in Arcadia.

Edit update must have changed management it seems to be a completely different store and staff.

Would not recommend this Burger King go there at 6:30 in the evening and they are playing on phones and worried about drive through I do not drink soda of any sort and always get icy and they could not be bothered to get off their phones particularly the front cashier lynzee and make any iced tea just looked at me and said no we don't have any made I find them very rude and uncaring when they started bagging the food they just left it sit out on the counter for about 3 minutes because they didn't have fries ready so once we got to the table our food was cold as well

Val (per the nametag) or Mariana (per the receipt) was really nice and friendly. The hamburger kids meal was perfect (just the right amount of sesame seeds on the bun per my son) and as ordered with only ketchup.

I have feeling burgered out so I tried the Royal Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. I don't really care for brioche buns but I'll have that sandwich again for sure. The swiss, bacon and mayo combo made it exceptional.

And, with 50 cent cones for dessert can you go wrong!

However, seriously, if you have Coke, Dt Coke and Coke Zero, why not Dt Dr Pepper?!?! Regular Dr Pepper is too syrupy for my tastes these days!

Best food ever! The lady who took my order was very helpful and made great suggestions for my meals. I came at a very busy time, staff here don’t get paid enough unfortunately. Kayla was a great help at the window! She made sure our order was right and we had ketchup and our sauce already in the bag. We just basically had to grab and go! Also she makes the best ice cream cones ever!

Great Whopper all the food was hot and fresh

Buy one get one for a $1 whopper! I’m no big guy, but I eat these like I’m a body builder! Their so dang good. The charbroiled beef here taste so much better than McDonald’s in my opinion. And their burgers are quite larger.

I don't usually eat fast food, however I had the Crispy Fish meal and It was exceptional. Too bad we were only passing through because I would eat there again.

This new improvement to the building is great! It's usually pretty busy around lunch time but the managers do a good job staffing for busy times and the wait is never more than like 20 minutes. Great service.. great staff.. clean.. overall very impressed.

Rings...The taste was fantastic with sauce served with the Rings..I had coupons which worked perfectly! The customer service is great/very friendly.

I went thro th drive thru. Got home an they forgot to put my crispy chicken sandwich in. I called an asked if I could get it if I came back in an I talked to Monica an she said yes an for you having to come back in you an your kids get FREE dessert. It was a awesome

It's a small BK in a small town. It's a nice, clean BK, and the staff there seem to like each other. Again, it's a small town, so the folks working there may have known each others' families for years.

The service is usually pretty good. My orders usually always right. We use the coupons we get in the mail for some great deals. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love there breakfast but the last time I ate there is wasn't much to write home about so I called and told them everything that was wrong with my food she apologized and offered me a free meal when I come in next so I guess we will see but Burger King is my all time favorite fast food restaurant I give them a 5 star

Fresh food prices are really not liked by me there high so I can't visit all the time but when I do its a nice staff and its clean. In store floors etc. Happy to return.

They have the best chicken sandwich. Beats all other fast food chicken sandwiches.
