Taco Bell

We arrived late on a Friday night with 30 students and 10 adults. The staff was kind, attentive and hard working. Once everyone had their food, employees took the time to walk around and check on everyone. Thank you for being kind and friendly!

Wow! Best Taco Bell experience ever. Carla and the crew were awesome, friendly and helpful and smiles all around. Carla happily built the best Enchirito I have ever had. Quesadilla and soft taco exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious. A very pleasant and tasty experience. Five stars because there is no TEN. 'Thank you' to Carla and the guys.

This is one of the best Taco Bell restaurants I have ever been to and I've eaten at many of them in different states.

Taco Bell at Alachua, FL. Service is always with a smile. I have enjoyed the friendly service from the ladies at the window and also Jacob and Bezin. I have had fairly consistent good service from day and night shifts. Every now and then a wrap might be a bit stale.

Yes! Taco bell I know but hear me out. This particular location on this particular day I can say was fantastic. The food was good and hot . The dining area was clean and well kept but the reason I'm writing this review is to commend the service. The energy in this place was fantastic. The employees were having fun and making the most of what some may consider a mundane job. Smiling and greeting people, interacting with some kids in the dining room dancing around. Great job TB. This is by far the best location there is. Thanks for the positive experience. Fantastic.

I was traveling yesterday and stopped in Alachua Florida Taco Bell for lunch. There were two young men working with a lady. Those two young men were hard-working and so respectful they should receive kudos for the wonderful customer service they provide.

Whoever the two men were working tonight, THANK YOU! Food was hot, properly made, quick AND didn't forget my sauce or napkins. They were also really nice. Love having great service!

The important thing with Taco Bell is hot and fresh. Alachua has that virtually every time. I'll drive from Gainesville locations to go here, much better.

Every time my husband or I come here on night shift, the staff is always very polite and we always get our order right. Thank you guys so much 💛

I was so amazingly pleased at how clean how professional and how pleasant the staff and the management team were. My cashier was very informative with a happy attitude. The food was hot and everyone would genuinely getting along. The management team was visible and helping out. I was very pleased, thank you for an amazing experience.

Not sure what happened to this location but it has drastically gone downhill. Dining in is always an awful experience as they tend to not wipe down their lobby tables ever. They will undoubtedly mess your order up by either not following how you ordered your food or completely forgetting half your order.

This establishment is very clean in the food was great. However what impressed me the most was the staff. The cashier was very friendly and nice. What I found very intriguing was an expecting mother back there shuffling her feet Every few seconds to try to take pressure off of them. This lady is obviously extremely close to having this baby and she still working at a fast paced environment. Not only was she working just as hard as the rest of the crew she had a smile on her face in was very courteous when it was so obvious she was in pain and discomfort. I don't know this Taco Bell S corporate or franchise either way owners or executives you need to take note these type of employees are very hard to come by and I hope you take care of them and to keep them around.

The drive through line at lunch rush takes about 15 minutes, they get my order right 99% of the time, and are not overly stingy with the Diablo sauce. I enjoy lunch here once or twice a week, its a budget friendly alternative to packing lunch, and the staff is very polite. For fast food, you could definitely do worse.

I used the app and was pleasantly pleased. I picked up my order through drive thru without even a hiccup of problems. I was even served with a smile, even though they were wearing a mask, you could sense the positivity in the customer service.

I have frequented this chain in several cities but this one gets the Blue Ribbon across the board. It was amazingly clean (To include the floor around the food prep area), the condiment bar was fully stocked, the entire place was welcoming and pre-covid hospitality!! The employees were even spot on with friendly, courteous and everything any customer could hope for in customer service.

The best service by far of any fast food restaurant. The man who was taking orders was fast and friendly. The cooks and staff were great. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Great fast in and out for lunch

My naked chicken taco wasnt over cooked like some taco bells. My Doritos loco shell was fresh and crispy. All toppings were fresh, no wilted lettuce. This experience felt like taco Bell used to be in the 90s, the employees were awesome too.
