Lake Lily Park

Love this Park! It's a bit small but pleasant. Free, clean, public bathrooms! Places to sit in the shade. Plenty of Swannee cooters (turtles), Moorhens, ducks and egrets to see. It's a really peaceful place to visit.
There is ample parking. If the lot at the front is full, continue further up and there's another lot.

We love Lake Lilly Park. My fiancé actually proposed to me here on a picnic. There’s a lot of birds and turtles. There’s a little play ground for kids and picnic tables. There are also restrooms. It’s such a beautiful place! Also, we had a stroller - it is wheelchair and stroller accessible. There’s a sidewalk all the way around the park! It goes in a big loop all the way back to the parking lot. There is a lot of shaded areas as well!

What a picturesque park, especially after dark! The fountain and gazebo are lit up at night. You walk around a wooden boardwalk and concrete sidewalk mix around the lake. There's a children's playground and clean bathrooms as well as picnic tables and benches. The park is located right off of Orlando Ave, a very popular area in Maitland with lots of restaurants and shops.

Well kept, clean park. Nice to walk around. Bring your pet to do some exercise. Parking spaces are limited. But if you find a spot, it's a good time to spend.

My family frequently spends time here. Great playground for kids it's covered so the equipment doesn't get hot. Bathrooms and a lovely walking path.

I have walked, jogged, worked out, ate, napped on blankets in the grass, met new folks, and relaxed all at this park and every experience was enjoyable. It is quiet but lively with birds, turtles, fish, squirrels, dogs and people. And yes, I did entertain getting on the swings and slides located there as well at the playground. There are restrooms available as well.

Lake Lilly is a great little park. The loop around the lake is about 3/4 miles long. There is a great playground for the kids. There are a bunch of picnic tables around the lake and plenty of benches too. On Sunday they have a Farmers market between 9 and 2. This is a great place to just walk around the lake and Pokemon hunt if you are interested in that.

Went for morning jogging, definitely clean and safe, trail is not long i would say about 2 miles?! Not sure.. but there is a nice little lake in the middle and it is very nice to enjoy a walk or for running a little...

Lake Lily is one of my favorite parks. It is a small and very peaceful park. Squirrels, birds and ducks are ever present as you walk around the lake's approximately 0.4 miles. There are also a few mini trails that veer off of the main lake trail. Several black vinyl covered metal picnic tables with benches, and a gazebo provide seating for quite a few people. The park also has an updated restroom and play area. And, it hosts a Farmer's Market on Sundays, as well as, other seasonal activities.

April 2020 Update: I've been going to this park in the morning and have been able to obtain some amazing photo ops! For such a small park, it boasts quite a variety of amazing and "friendly" fauna (creatures) and exquisite(flora) plants and nature scenes! I've attached a few of my photographs!

I was looking for a park that was safe and good for walking. Well I found it! I went on a Sunday which also happens to be when the Farmers market takes place. Unfortunately because the wind was high they were packing up. When I visit next time I'll add photos of the vendors. There is a paved sidewalk that circles around the lake and is connected to a bridge. In the center of the lake is a water fountain and along the lake's edge are birds, ducks, and ducklings. There are restrooms, a small playground, and parking available. I highly recommend Lake Lily park.

So refreshing to be walking outdoors. Such a pretty park. It also has different kind of wild life. Being some bread so you can feed the ducks/swans/turtles and a few more that I don’t know the names. Lol.

Love this park. Come here 2-3 times per week to walk our dogs and take photos. Very clean, lovely nature.

I'm currently in the park as I'm writing this and I find it to be very peaceful. The fountain creates a nice view and gentle sound to the atmosphere. There are plenty of trees, and bushes that all hold nice colours to their flowers. There is plenty of parking and areas to sit and play in for the kids.

Most days it isn't busy. They allow dogs on a leash! And it's nice and shady.

Very nice little historic park

Truly lovely park at the lake. The lake trail is beautiful and I saw an incredible amount of wildlife. I watched many many turtles from the boardwalk swimming around. Park also includes a small museum, tables/benches for having a picnic and is adjacent to the Maitland library.

Lots of families and kids enjoying the park on a Saturday. I highly recommend and will be back.

Such a wonderful park. So many birds and the lake had a lot of turtles by the board walk. I think I saw over 30 just swimming around.

I saw that the yellow house is open on the weekends and it’s 100% haunted. I will be coming back to experience that house!

Awesome experience with interesting information to read, also outside museum environment mixed with the natural among the elements element to it (pun intended).

Nice quiet place for a peaceful walk. Loved the ducks and moorhens walking around. Parking is very accessible and plentiful. Wish we were able to see the museum. A nice hidden gem.
