We recently purchased a heavy duty trailer that was in "critical condition". We had to move our business to Jacksonville and had three days to get our trailer into working condition. New tires, pack the bearings, new brakes, new lights and a complete new deck. I called Victoria at Glenn's and she told me to bring it in! Three days later we were on the road and their price was fair. Excellent customer service, Victoria had tremendous customer relation and communication skills and my trailer was ready for the long haul fully loaded on time! Thank you.

Purchasing a trailer was hands down the worst experience, that is before I contacted Glenn's trailer sales. I had multiple dealers hang up on me, and at best they gave me a 4 week to even a 6 month wait. Glenn's trailers, on the other hand, were incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak with, and they ordered a trailer for me to pick up the next week! They answered my many phone calls, and when I went to pick up the trailer they were so pleasant that I hung out for an hour just chatting. These guys are the best, don't look elsewhere for your trailer purchase. And the Rocket trailers are quality too!
