Anyone looking for a new home would be lucky to find Steven Ritz. Steven really understood what we were looking for and worked tirelessly until we found our perfect house. He worked with us for months in a market with limited supply to find a house that met our very specific criteria- always keeping a positive attitude and never selling us on a house that wasn't right. This is the second time I work with Steve and Linda. Steve helped us find our dream home. He was very patient with us as we kept adding our wants to the list. We weren’t even in the state for the closing and it went off without a hitch thanks to their behind the scenes handling and the title company they referred us to. Steve helped us get the best price when buying and Linda helped us get the best price with selling, so we did well. PS. They’re also a joy to talk to. All three of them.
