Ralf and his team exceeded my expectations today! I was scheduled for an appointment for tomorrow at 11am but there was a dire need to get my car serviced TODAY. He accomodated my needs and in turn had my car serviced and completed within record time! He offered to pick me up and deliver me to my car. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE. He is an asset to Arcadia Chevrolet and I know that I have a friend that believes in VIP Service, just like I do!
