Abigail's Antiques & Collectibles

Abigail's Antiques & Collectibles is one of twenty antique stores in historic downtown Arcadia. It is located in a historic building that used to be Friedman Shoes. This antique store has been in business since 2003. The owner named the store for her Florence ceramic figurine, Abigail. Inside the store you can find several rooms stuffed to the ceiling with glass ware, collectibles, home goods, jewelry, and furniture. They had a nice selection of Highwaymen paintings hanging on the wall for sale. I had a lovely time talking with the lady running the counter about the history of Arcadia. She told me several interesting stories. I loved my time exploring Abigail's.

Loved the shop...I shop here quite frequently and love it! This last saturday I made a purchase and left one of the items behind on the counter. Please correct your telephone on your Google site as it is saying it is out of service. I do need to call but need a good store number to call...please advise.

They have two store fronts and a very nice selection of vintage and antique items. My initial experience was a pleasant one. In the end when I returned for an item and reminded the woman of the price she quoted me she charged me more than the agreed upon price. I did not argue because I do not like to argue but it was disappointing. Good collection of desirable items just keep them honest at check out and you may fair better than I.
