Customer service is off the chart amazing. They kept me informed during the entire oil change process. Service writer Celeste is knowledgeable and customer focused. In all I had a great experience.

I first want to start of thanking Miguel the lead mechanic for Ram diesels.... he went the EXTRA steps to make everything work out for my Dodge 3500 we had a lot of issues with the DEF system...he explained in detail what needed to be done cant thank him enough it's so hard to find honest hard working people like Miguel

I complained about the service I received at Quick Lane. The manager called me back and went out of his way to make the situation right. I'm always impressed by businesses that take customer satisfaction seriously!

I had an oil change and whoever did it broke my washer fluid nozzle. I thought they neglected to top off the fluid but when I opened the hood it was just dangling there. I have not contacted them about the issue as the repair parts were only $20.
