I highly recommend this studio. The instructor was patient and well informed about her craft. She emphasized safety and demonstrated different levels for each move from beginning, intermediate and expert. The room was well lit, clean and spacious.

Great studio. I have bee practice yoga for 20+ years and PB Yoga is the best space I have practiced in! Anti-gravity may seem intimidating but Kristin will guide you every step of the way and you will leave feeling amazing!

This is a fantastic studio. There are many classes to choose from and if in doubt, the lovely owner will help you decide what would be personally best for your needs. The staff is experienced and friendly and the studio is very clean. Kristen the owner is pleasant and patient. Her aim is to present to you, the ultimate experience of the spiritual purification of yoga. When you leave her studio you feel at one with yourself and your surroundings.

Before or after class you can browse through the beautiful active wear and accessories that are attractively displayed in the boutique.

Once you encounter this studio, you will definitely return again and again!

Love this place. I got a Groupon just to try it out and fell in love. It is a fun and different approach to yoga and you feel great after. Each instructor provides their own personal touch to their classes which is awesome because I can choose whose class fits my needs for the day/week/etc. The classes go by so quick when you are enjoying every minute. Also took the suspension fitness classes and got such a great workout and had a great time doing it. Thanks pb athletic wear and yoga! Keep doing what you are doing!

"Wow" is the only word I can use to describe my experience here. I met a wonderful yoga teacher, Heather Arentsen, and she treated me like I think every councilor/worker should treat their customer. I've been there a few times, and Heather is probably the best instructor I've been taught by, ever! I highly recommend shopping/learning yoga here. Heather is super sweet, very relatable, and definitely an inspiration for all ages! The clothes are stylish and super hot! Thank you for this, Palm Beach Athletic Wear & Yoga! ❤

Awesome studio and store with easy parking. I have kind of limited mobility so I was worried about whether I could do aerial yoga. The teacher was amazing and helped me to do everything without any pain. And I felt amazing after the class. Looking forward to the next class!!!! :)

I love how intimate the class was and how sweet the teacher was! It was my first time doing aerial yoga and her patience and welcoming attitude was amazing! Definitely coming back! Much love!

I found the anti-gravity very accessible and the teacher very encouraging and motivating. She stayed a few extra minutes with us at the end of the class which truly offered a connection.I have nothing but appreciation for this experience and will be doing it again very soon.The music is great, the equipment and ambiance is great. I do not see anything in my experience that needs any change.

Sought out aerial yoga specifically after taking several months of classes at 2 different studios in DC area. I'm uber impressed with the instructors and their skill level, confidence, and fun vibes. So happy. to have found this gem so close to home.

My second home! Kristen is an absolute joy and created a studio that is very inviting and relaxing with such a beautiful energy. I have arthritis in my ankle and both Kristen and Stacie have taken the time to listen and modify stretches to help build muscle in my ankle that has greatly effected my everyday life. I’m so thankful for PBAWY! May God continue to do good works through this amazing studio 💕🧘🏻‍♀

I went with my mom while she was visiting in town. We enjoyed the aerial yoga class, but we were disappointed there was only one Rollology class and we couldn't make it while she was here. We loved the store and bought some cool yoga pants...overall studio was great, but please add more Rollology classes!

I loved the fundamentals class! The small classes and diverse levels of skill, age and experience made it so “FUN”. The instructor was very patient, informative and hands-on. I highly recommend this class to anyone! It is not intimidating at all!!

Such a great place, with a much bigger assortment of classes than I have seen! My fiancé and I go to aerial yoga together and I have also been to yin, and the heated vinyasa flow. All of the teachers are WONDERFUL and the class time range so that I can mix up my routine! Come!!

Favorite class: Yoga Sculpt with Brenda Swanson! Yesterday I took Kristin's hammock class and will be going regularly--it was fun and a great opening of body and spirit!

I look forward to attending this class every week. With all the stresses I put on my body each week, the restorative yoga class is exactly what I need. The teachers have been amazing!

This studio is AMAZING! I can never decide if I want to do the aerial or Buti Yoga!!! All of their instructors are top notch! I recommend their classes for women and men of all ages.
