I worked with Nancy for over 6 months in order for me to find a good home in her area which covers Boynton Beach to Port Saint Lucie. She would do her research and every week we would look at 7 to 12 new listings in those cities. A few days before I would drive up to her Hobe Sound office she would email me a detailed listing of the new listings so I could research each one to see if these homes fit my criteria. I would email her back the homes from her list that I was interested in looking at. Nancy would contact the sellers or seller's agents to confirm our appointments and send me a detailed list in the order that we were scheduled to visit each one. Nancy is very very organized and would allow plenty of time for us to go inside each house, see the entire house, backyard and neighborhood. Nancy would always put together a printed color package of each listing in advance of our trips with each detailed listing in chronological order with the time of day for each appointment and give me my copy when we met at her Hobe Sound office. She would either drive me to each listing or lead me in my car and used her gps to find each listing. We made over 9 trips with each one taking 6 - 8 hours over a period of 6 months before she found my dream house. This house had just come on the market that day and there was a bidding war of 11 buyers who wanted this house. I asked Nancy what to do to get this house and She advised me to offer a few thousand dollars more than the asking price. My offer was accepted and the following week I met Nancy at the Title company in Hobe Sound to close the deal. Everything was prepared for me in advance and Nancy and her Title agent explained each document before I signed them. I can say that in the beginning of my search 6 months ago I contacted more that 10 agents and I chose to work with Nancy because she was by far the most professional and most organized of any realtor I have every worked with. So far I have purchased 5 homes in my life and Nancy is the best of any relator that I have worked with. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone who is interested in buying a home in South Florida in Broward, Martin, or Saint Lucie county.
