I've ordered numerous times over the years and have always been extremely pleased. Recently, I had ordered the wrong size and too many of a couple of items. Scott called to clarify and I'm so happy he did. I was able to correct my mistake and they credited back the mistake and send the items I wanted.
It's such a pleasure to deal with a company and people that care and get it right! I'll definitely order again!

I ordered the 9 bucket hats. Customer service is fantastic!!! The quality of the hats is superb and I will order from them again.

Have been buying from this company for 30 years or so. Never needed to call them until this year. And guess what? a real person answered the phone! [I did not have to 'listen closely as our menu options have changed' ] Cathy was cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend. Good merchandise and good service. A real rarity

In an age where everything is impersonal & on-line, it is wonderful to find a company with superior customer relations. When I placed a new order for an item that had been previously ordered to the same address, they reached out to me to check to see if I had ordered the right size. AMAZING!

I have ordered from Wittman in the past. Excellent personal customer service. Very high quality products with excellent pricing. I ordered on Monday and received my order on Wednesday. I also love that their products are made in the USA.

Wittmann Textiles nightshirts are the most comfortable sleepwear I have EVER worn! Customer service is above and beyond expectations! If you are looking for a comfy night's sleep, I strongly recommend their nightshirts. The quality is exceptional (they last for what seems like forever) and they wash up like a dream. Five stars is not enough!

I've been a customer of Wittmann for the better part of 20 years. Great products, great prices, great customer service - these folks even know me by name and preferences - and this was before everything was computerized and indexed! And, oh my!, their terry robes are so cozy my new bride stole -er- "re-purposed" mine!

The "ONLY" place I buy nightgowns....for both myself and my husband. This company goes way beyond the normal customer service, AN HONEST, TRUE COMPANY THAT REALLY DOES CARE!!! I recently (less than two weeks ago!) bought my husband six new nightshirts. He's worn these for years and LOVES them! While ordering them I decided to order a mixture of long and short lengths. Which I'd never done before. It just so happened that the short ones were on sale for $19-ish, which is an absolute HUGE sale (thank you WTC). The next day I received a phone call from Kathy!!!!! I was shocked....she had taken the time out of her hugely busy day to make a phone call to make sure I wanted to order the mix of lengths....long & short....which I'd never ordered a mix before. How amazing....I was so shocked, I'm sure I sounded like a stammering, stuttering idiot while speaking with her. These gowns are just an absolute MUST HAVE in our household.....PERIOD! Sleep is not the same without wearing a WTC gown. If you haven't tried them.....YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Thank you WTC for taking the extra step to make sure your customers are well taken care of! We decided to replace a 13 year old robe only because it got stained. Placed Our order got an email asking if we were sure about the size because the robe we ordered 13 years ago was XL not XXL. Changed our order to XL and saved $4. That’s customer service!

Outstanding, their "Mens Luxury Cotton Terry Shawl Collar Robe" is my favorite out of probably a dozen... much more comfortable than the 130.00 "The Genuine Turkish Luxury Bathrobe" from Hammacher Sclemmer.

Excellent service and quality products at a very reasonable price. I will definitely order again. Thank you for such good customer service ... it's truly rare these days! 🙂

My husband coulD not sleep and night without t his night shirt from whittmans . Indeed anew catalog to order new ones, he needs a smaller size thanks
