LYNX Central Station

Hi , I was in Orlando the 31st of July 2023 to the 8th of August and caught the bus 55 from Kissimmee to Orlando city , all the drivers were very nice and very helpful ..Very great service thank you

Often a punctual departure from the station but definitely not always. After that, rarely punctual. Scheduled durations of transit are wholly inaccurate during rush hours. The management(?) fails to take rush hour traffic into account during scheduling. Clerks behind the counter fail to know where buses are along routes. A simple phone app would display the data, but this is lacking behind the counter. Management(?) unable to be contacted for complaints or suggestions. For example, the official Lynx phone app shows buses running in real time, which is a bit like having a phone app that allows you to watch paint dry in real time if some the paint disappeared and then reappeared later as these phone app buses do.
I will be late to my job again though the schedule shows me arriving 30 minutes early again. Lynx threatens my job security and literally reduces the amount of income that I earn. In "Dyer" need of restructuring.

It's rare if you get a nice bus driver. Most of them are extremely rude and seem to be constantly in a rush. Especially on the 436S route. Take Lynx only when you have no other choice. Even though two of the same buses run constantly, they're always late and Lynx's new bus tracking app only works half the time.
