My friends and I came here for a ladies spa day for our friend’s birthday. Lou and the staff went above and beyond our expectations! They decorated, provided food, drinks, flowers, and gifts for all of the ladies. The facility is clean and we got to enjoy all of the amenities throughout the day. I can’t wait to go back!

I can't believe we were unaware of this incredible hidden treasure at the loggerhead plaza! My mother had the pleasure of meeting a trainer named Lou at the gym. After witnessing his exceptional work with other clients, she was compelled to take his contact information.

Even though my mother is not easily impressed, she was absolutely delighted with his massage and stretching therapy. It goes beyond a regular massage and has a therapeutic medical aspect to it.

His establishment is truly remarkable, offering amenities such as ice baths, ice therapy, hyperbaric chambers, and much more. This place is an absolute must-visit!

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Blown away by Lou and this amazing place! I attended a birthday event over the weekend, and let me just say if you’re looking for the perfect relaxing, rejuvenating day for any event this is THE PLACE TO BOOK! From the minute I walked in, I felt the most calming, wonderful feelings. Above and beyond exceptional service. They had decorated the entire facility, provided food, beverages, and a beautiful cake! We got to experience all that Transitions has to offer while having the place to ourselves to really celebrate and relax with each other. The entire staff was so incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful!!! The massage I had with Lou was just MAGICAL! They deserve more than 5 stars and I will be back to join for a monthly membership. And all future events this will be top of my list!! Thank you again for a beautiful day!!

I did the cold plunge and sauna and it was amazing. The facility is incredibly clean and the staff is so kind. I got a tour of the facility and was given advice on how to best deal with the cold water during the plunge, can’t thank the staff enough they made my first time cold plunge experience great. I’m going back this week to do the float and sauna !

We were trying to think of an original idea for my friends birthday party and we hit the jackpot! What an exceptional day with our friends! It was such a unique and fantastic adventure for our bodies and souls. We each got to try the various wellness rooms from the float therapy tank to the vibroacoustic beds. I can't remember the last time my body felt this good! (especially after a night of dancing!) We also all booked massages. There are not words to describe what a massage from Lou is like. You MUST personally experience it! The entire staff is lovely and really helped to make our experience perfect!

I have been coming here for over a year and I have notice a difference in both my mind and body. The infrared sauna and ice cold plunge help not only my muscles and injuries but when I am done I either want to be productive or go straight to sleep depending on what time of day I go. The salt cave helps with my breathing so much that I can honestly feel my lungs and sinuses opening up as I am in the room. Lastly the vibroacoustic bed has definitely help with my sleeping patterns and all around mental health. Alicia and Cole who I interact with the most are amazing and do everything they can to make each and every visit most enjoyable. Great atmosphere and feel very welcomed on every visit.

Five visits in and counting. They have sauna and cold plunge in the same room! Go solo or bring the crew—they've got room sizes for everyone. Fair pricing gets even better with the 10-session pack.

This place is great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always so kind to make my son feel comfortable on occasion when I needed to bring him with me on multiple occasions our favorite is the private salt suite. They even did a beautiful setup for a friends birthday this weekend for a relaxing day! I would highly recommend for recovery, to destress, relax or help with allergy congestion.

I recommend the sauna and cold plunge at this establishment. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and the atmosphere was very comforting. It smelled great in there and it was very clean. It was tough staying in the cold pool for long but I felt great afterward. I will be back try the float treatment next time.

This place exceeded all expectations! I was there as a part of a birthday group & Lou accommodated all 14 of us! The staff were incredibly kind, informative, & patient. They made sure each of us had something to do at all times…they even had delicious food and champagne! The float tank an experience I can’t wait to try again. I will definitely be back and certainly recommend this place for individual betterment as well as group parties!

Alicia, Lou, and Cole are all genuine, kind people. I just tried my first infrared sauna / cold plunge session and they truly made me feel like a member of their family. Many thanks to them, and I will certainly be back soon.

I would have never guessed that a 45 minute session of sauna heat and cold water plunges would be exactly what my body and mind required. I have found Transitions in December and have been going multiple times a week every week. I have tried all of the services they offer and they are all great. I have not been disappointed once. The team is welcoming and make it enjoyable to keep coming back. I am a happy customer and member.

This place is like none other! You walk in and immediately your nervous system is thanking you! Lou and his staff put so much care and love into your experience whether that be cold plunging and sauna (anybody who is anyone is cold plunging!), getting a massage (you won't want to get off the table) or floating your way to heaven! This place is next level health and wellness!!! You're missing out if you haven't been here yet!

This is my favorite place on earth!! I’ve been coming to Jupiter for 8 years and just recently moved down full time. I’ve made Transitions a staple in my recovery with their amazing sauna and cold plunges. The staff (Lou and Alicia) are AMAZING! They make me smile every time I come in. The environment is so welcoming and so zen. It’s the perfect place to come relax, especially if you work from home to end the day. I cannot recommend it enough!

This place was fantastic. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate. They have two cold plunge rooms with sauna. Along with a Vibroacoustic bed and 2 salt float rooms. The atmosphere was calming and soothing. Definitely recommend anyone that needs or wants a relaxing day.

What an amazing place! I came here with a friend and tried several of the various wellness options. Being pregnant I was able to experience the salt room, float spa and the massage chair. Bringing my husband next time to experience the relaxation.
