We have 5 mobile unit for pressure wash and we use the product from them viper and bondbreaker. Work really good, one time i have purchase 2 largo hotbox and they are a mistake . I have received 2 horizontal instead of 2 vertical but they actually help me to return this and receive the good one i greatly apprecied their help because we cant use the horizontal in our truck. I will update when i receive the good one :)

Found these guys on the Internet and I’ve been ordering from them for a couple years now. They have amazing customer service. If you have any questions just call and they will take their time to answer any questions and help you out. They have great products and using them has saved me a ton of time, effort, and money. I highly recommend if you’re in any kind of pressure washing business to use their products. As you can see from the pics their products leave a crazy great shine and they are always perfecting their formulas. As you can tell, I’m a fan.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If they send you a defective item don't expect your money back or even a replacement item that actually works. Instead expect them to avoid anything refund wise and make you return the items on YOUR DIME. Once they receive them don't expect to get them back anytime soon or expect any updates at all. After gettkng mad again they said my items were sent back to the manufacturer for warranty since they don't do that. Weeks later i had to reach back out. They said the injectors were fine. I said I don't want them. They refused to send anything. I just wanted to be done so they sent my items back amd low and behold today the injectors still don't work. Iris only response was sorry they worked on our machine. Never do business with these people
