5 stars all the way around for the Rainaldi team. Hands down amazing service from Gary and the entire Rainaldi crew. The customer care team helped us to quickly book an appointment that worked with our schedule. Gary arrived early, was knowledgeable, professional, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick out a new water heater. With his vast knowledge we were able to quickly make a decision, and within 30 minutes we had the paperwork signed. Gary immediately put the call in for his team to bring our new water heater, and he started removing our old one. Within a couple hours, he was done. We were fortunate that our previous water heater lasted 20 years, but this new water heater really showed us what we were missing out on. Not only do I recommend Rainaldi for replacing your water heater, I HIGHLY recommend requesting for Gary to help you out! Professional service, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. Alberto is on time, personable. and welcoming. He explained the process of Disconnect to me, and then the minor problem, (from the former owner’s doing.) And was able to complete a Most Precise movement of the sink. I am impressed with his knowledge and focus to detail. He is a keeper and a positive asset to the Company. I will request him again. And, Highly recommend Rainaldi Home Services as I have used them since 1980s. Dale, the Manager, was very polite on the phone and eased my my concerns for this new venture of my family’s.

Adam did a wonderful job of coordinating the repiping of my sister's trailer. John' s crew arrived on time and completed the entire project including the install of a hot water tank as well as the entire trailer repiping. They completed the entire job in 4 hours! I also got this entire job completed by talking to Adam when I visited my sister in February. I got the job completed over the phone from my home in Ohio. After calling Rainaldi this morning and explaining our situation, they were extremely courteous, professional and prompt. They dispatched Gary out to our house within 1-11/2 hours. He was very polite, professional and explained everything clearly. They had us contact Leak Doctor, and they were also quite knowledgable and quickly explained their findings and between the two men, they guided us through to our insurance company to get the ball rolling on our claim. Looking forward to our insurance adjuster doing his part so Rainaldi can come and complete our job. Thank you for your professionalism and quick response! We appreciate it!

Devon was the Tech that serviced our drain line issue and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely detailed and knowledgeable about his craft and treated us with the utmost respect. We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!

The people are great and they did a quality job on the repipe of my home. Very happy with the outcome. They all work well as a team and it was evident in the coordination and communication and the care taken in our home. Adam was great on the initial contact. Mary was the point contact at the office and was awesome. Cody was the lead technician leading the team that did the work and they were excellent and Billy was the field supervisor who checked in during and at the end. The re patch team Mark also did a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you

I called Rainaldi Home Services early this morning and spoke w/ Jessica. Keep in mind it was pretty early. Regardless, she was extremely friendly & knowledgeable of what I needed. She had technician, Jesse, out to replace a hot water heater for me within a few hours. This literally saved my day! I'm very thankful for the wonderful and friendly service I received all around today. They are a breath of fresh air!

Mr. Jose was very effective, quick, and got the job done right. He fixed and changed our pipes in a heart beat. In addition, he is friendly and on time. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him to others.

My service technician, Austin Lynch, was extremely professional and went out of his way to keep me informed of every aspect of the service needed on my A/C. His professionalism and knowledge were most appreciated. I will certainly request him when my A/C is ready for it's 6 month tune up. He is an asset to Rainaldi.

You just can’t say enough about being able to “trust” this company. Anytime I need a plumber- I call them- they show up- on time- professional- high quality workmanship- good prices. They make it easy to do business with them. Small jobs to large ones they’ve earned a great review.

I cannot say enough great things about Rainaldi and their technicians Eric and Devon who were very respectful and knowledgeable. I called them a couple of days ago to help with clogged toilets and then cancelled and tried to unclog the toilet and mainlines myself and after 10+ hours trying to clear the lines with a rented drain cleaner from all of the cleanouts and through the toilets. I gave in and called them back, they answered my call right away and scheduled in a technician to come by the same day and finally cleared my lines it was definitely a challenge for them as we have an older 60's home with cast iron lines but they got it done and they also sent their sewage technician to run the camera through the lines to check for broken lines and provided us with great recommendations that I never even considered.

I've been using Rainaldi Home Services over the past several years for various clogs and backflow value certification. Today, I needed after-hours service for a main sewer line clog, and despite the expected 3-4 hour wait during the weekend, their service was excellent as always. The plumber, Lee, was very professional and quickly resolved the issue. Consistently reliable and efficient, Rainaldi has never disappointed me.

So quick and easy!!! Great service. Called at 9 am for a shower that wouldn't drain.. Fixed by noon..Calcium build up I couldn't unclog on my own. Very reasonable price. Rainaldi, my go to company.

Alberto Guzman repaired our kitchen plumbing and installed a new kitchen faucet yesterday February 25. He did an excellent job. He told us everything he was doing and why. Very professional with a great personality. Highly recommend him!!
