Ramon was amazing!! He arrived and checked the disposal out and quickly got to replacing it. He had it up and running back to normal in no time! He also went above and beyond trying to help me with my flat tire! I’d definitely recommend him for any work you may need!

Ramon came late at night to fix our water line that an A/C company broke while installing our new A/C unit. He fixed the line and reinstalled our water heater in a timely manner. He was communicative and had a great attitude throughout. Highly recommend him 👍🏻

Ramon was our savior!! Took the time to fully understand the ongoing issue ( showers not draining properly). troubleshooted each area to determine root cause and got the job done. Actually took the time to explain how everything ‘works’ and also showed me how to confirm that water/plumbing is draining properly all the way to the outside/main drain. Educating the customer and listening to the us goes such a long way!! He was the 3rd Plumber to come out and finally we got someone who knows what they’re doing

Ramon was so helpful and quick when fixing our leaking sink. My two young kids wanted to be all up in the action to “help” him fix the sink and he was so patient and great with them. He fixed our sink in record time, would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Ramon came out today to help fix the issue we’re having with our water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Ramon was our technician the one I tell you he did an amazing wonderful job he absolutely did! He came out he assessed the problem he had the toilet fixed and probably 10 minutes we joked about his plunger 4,000 extreme! They are the real deal Ramon is amazing and this man deserves a raise!

Ramon was awesome he took the time to explain to me not only what the problem was with my blockage in my plumbing but also Answered all of my questions about how the drainage pipes were set up in my house. As a woman single parent homeowner running a household with 2 kids this was very appreciated.

Ramon Cruz spent 2 hours working on an ongoing toilet issue I’ve had for 2 months . He took his time , he was determined and , explained to me the issue he saw and explained what he was doing to resolve it. Ramon was friendly and really cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Ramon!

Ramon came out, inspected the clogged sink issue. After a few mins and me answering some questions he was able to determine the cause of the clog. Turns out the sink drain was not the actual issue the garbage disposal was the actual problem since I don’t use it. He replaced it with a new one, and tested it, he explained the need to run the garbage disposal from time to time to prevent an issue with the new one.

Ramon and another tech came out to my property to assess damages from what appeared to be plumbing. They were very kind and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND any other plumber(s) who came out to look at the situation. After extensive searching, they eventually ruled out a plumbling issue, althewhile keeping me posted on exactly what they were doing and why. Once they were done they informed me of what they were going to do and what the next steps would be for me. They were very professional and their customer service was superior. They were so considerate to even clean behind themselves. You rarely see that from any serviceman most importantly, they were right about the problem. Great job and looking forward to doing business again with you guys if need be.

Ramon did a great job! It was time that our landlord sent someone who knew what he was doing. I’m not expecting any more problems with the kitchen faucet. Ramon even made it look nice!
