Plenty of open parking 🅿 use app to pay. I came for 3 hours before sunset and was $5.50.
After, enter tunnel to other side of street into the beach area.

This is a super place to park and go sun-bathing! Right at Haulover Beach south of Sunny Isles Beach and just north of Bal Harbour

Most of the parking in this area is the same. Some parts of the lots are specific purposes requiring special tags or permits. Make sure to double check area. There is no areas or stands to pay for parking. You can scan the card found in the parking lot to open up the website to pay. I tried to pay for Sunday 1 hour parking and it was good for all day parking. With tax included, the charge was $7.27. Easy access to the beach via tunnel below road and this beach area was pretty much empty at 8:30 - 10:00 am. Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is there isn’t enough signage around the parking lot.

Security guard was an incredibly rude man. Large parking lot, bad experience.

TOMEM CUIDADO! BE CAREFUL! Péssima experiência. Não possui nenhuma placa de que o estacionamento é pago na entrada e nem no início. Paramos o carro no início do estacionamento e acreditando que o estacionamento era gratuito. Na volta tinha um ticket de multa de $36,00. Somente mais pra frente possui placa de que o estacionamento é pago, e tem que pagar usando um APP QUE NÃO ESTÁ DISPONÍVEL NA APPLE STORE. Simplesmente não é possível baixar o aplicativo, deve ter trava de região. Como que paga desse jeito? Tenho que adivinhar??? Além disso não possui totem físico para pagamento. Extremamente mal sinalizado. Um completo de um roubo e um descaso.

Awful Experience. There is no signal at the front and neither at the beginning of the lot that it’s payed. We’ve parked the car at the begging of the lot leading to the beach, and we though the lot was free. At the return, there was a citation in the amount of $36,00. Only at the middle of the lot you can see a sign of an app that you should download to pay for the parking. However it’s not available on Apple Store. The app probably has a region lock. How am I Supposed to pay for the park this way? Besides of that, there is no physical totem to pay for it. The signs are pretty bad located. Tourist trap, a complete theft.

Приехал ночью с 4 на 5 декабря, табличка "закрыто", никого нет, полиция на машинах ездит вдоль пляжа и рядом со стоянкой, не стал нарываться-уехал.
