Never did i see a company so poorly run- Robert is a total disaster- he got hte company from his parents and has no clue what is doing. he is the cheapest landlord i have ever encounter. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM- he will not stand by the contract- you will not get a deposit- there is a reason why his buildings are half empty- people never renew the lease- there are cars park outside his building with signs that state- DO NOT RENT HERE- he should take his bus and go and see the Stones instead of ruining the good work that his parents did

Beware contractors! Poinciana Management, Inc does not pay their invoices. I am an engineer who was asked by them to come to a job site in Lake Park to discuss a project. I sent them an invoice for my time and they never paid. They claimed to have never seen the invoice despite the invoice being electronically tracked. I could see every time the viewed it! Dead Beats!

I struck one of many potholes on one of the properties owned by this company. After a quick look on Google Maps the potholes had been there since 2016 and can still actually seen online. Damages were minimal and my hope was that; 1) the potholes would be fixed or at least marked to keep the public safe and 2) I would be compensated for my losses. That was not the case and I was not treated well by the staff of this company. If they treat their tenants costumers and neighboring property owners tenants costumers in this way while also having little regard for public safety I cannot imagine doing business with them. These potholes and my damages would cost approximately $1000 to fix (which is very minimal) and are a disaster waiting to happen. Considering how profitable this company and its many LLC's appear to be I can only pray the ownership comes to its senses and does the right thing to keep others safe on all of their properties.

I was a tenant at the building 2100 45th Street in west palm beach florida for approximately 16 years. The owner is a spoiled little rich kid who really never worked a day in his life.
At the end of my lease my security deposit was not give back. Can you imagine all that time there and they kept security deposit, CRAZY! Right?
I decided to move when a homeless person had a heroin overdose in back of the building outside. Really sad people.

Be prepared the lease is a triple net lease. This means you are responsible for AC units all issues with your bay.
Don't sign it, all the equipment is supper old and run down. You will pay thousands of dollars for repairs on an AC you don't own.
The next problem is yearly increases. If it said on lease rent can increase from 3-5% it will always be 5%, set a number 2.5%.
Always negotiate the rent before you move in.
I almost forgot at the end of the year there is an extra charge for your space. Don't put in lease its always a big number.

Do not rent from them. Unprofessional, ungrateful for your business, don’t follow the laws on security deposits, don’t take care of their properties. Terrible experience with Robert Spiegel. Stay away.

The people in the business office has a very bad attitude and you have to almost beg to get repairs done on your building being leased. This is extremely unprofessional for such a great cooperation.
