Amazing Company, I have read through many of the reviews and I first have to say, Give them another chance, there customer Service it's absolutely thorough, Kind polite, they keep you updated if the installer is running early, or maybe a bit behind. they confirm when you ask to have a reminder call. Jim the installer knows what he is doing, with the pandemic he practices safely protocol. If you need to have anything explained he doesn't rush out takes the time to do that. The company has branched off to independent contractors Jim is one of them, and Tracy who Runs the Customer Service part of it is as sweet as anyone can ask for. When you buy at Lowes and need a water Softener installed or Toilet Etc ask for Jim who subs from Precise Plumbing

Precise Plumbing installed a number of items in my home over the past few months from Hot water heater, to Dish-washer, and bathroom Vanities. Jim the installer is a polite and clean installer very detailed about his work I highly recommend if Precise Plumbing calls you or you go to lowes Request them and ask for jim the installer I will always use them . proficient is there name!

I had Precise Plumbing (Dan) install a toilet at my home. Dan arrived exactly on time. I asked if he would mind if I watched and he said it would be fine. I have installed all my own toilets in the past. I am glad I watched because this guy is a professional. No lost motion, very careful not to make a mess, lots of little tricks to ensure the job is done right. The job was complete in less then an hour and was perfect from start to finish. Thank you.

Very happy with Precise Plumbing and Dan. Dan explained everything about the installation of our water softener/filtration system and provided some great tips on using it. Highly recommend him and Precise Plumbing.

I called them at 8 am and they were to my house by 9 am. Jason helped fix our drain problem quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was reasonable too! Definitely recommend.

We used Precise Plumbing because we purchased an appliance at Lowes and had it installed. They were always polite on the phone and were always at out house when they said they would be. The first person came out and installed the appliance then left. A few weeks later there was a leak so Precise sent a technician out immediately. He did not fix the problem so we continued to have a leak. Dan was the third person that came out and immediately found the problem, fixed it and stayed while the appliance ran to make sure the problem was solved. He gave detailed information on how to work this new appliance, answered questions and gave suggestions. Dan was wonderful and I really appreciate his thoroughness. I would be very happy to use Precise Plumbing in the future as long as Dan is the technician. Thank you Dan.

How do these people have a license. They were sub contracted to do the plumbing in my tiny house. For the sewage they failed the first city inspection and had to redo ALL the work and the inspector asked if an actual plumber did the work, well sort of a plumber. They also did the drain line on the shower and sink and the very first shower it flooded bc it did not drain at all. They also installed the tankless water heater and installed the pipes backwards so the unit did not work. Can I do 3 one star reviews for each horrific failure, my goodness. I’m sure there are plenty of other plumbers to use.

Plumber needed to pick up a part and said that he would be right back. Three hours later, I called and spoke to the owner who said that they had other jobs and wouldn't be returning. When I pointed out the horrible service and lack of consideration, the owner hung up. AVOID them at ALL cost!!!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Telling me you don’t have time for me when I paid $500 for a disconnect and reconnect fee?! That is unacceptable!! And then telling me that you don’t care if I go without water for 4 days? I will make sure people don’t use your services.

Poor service, worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.
