F45 Training Palm Beach Gardens

The coaches at Palm Beach Gardens F45 provide amazing workouts when I travel to Southern Florida. I come to the Palm Beach Gardens location when I am here for 10 days at a time every couple of months. I am able to jump right in as if I was there the day before. The trainers are positive, prepared, and I always get a great workout. As a personal trainer and Wellness Coach myself, I can really appreciate individuals who are into what they do. Again this Winter, I spent two months in Palm Beach Garden and my weekdays would start with a workout at their Studio. Rachael (studio manager) is awesome and fully dedicated, the coaches are awesome and the vide is super friendly. I just can't wait to be back, hopefully soon! I was visiting from out of town and came in for a class for a work out. The coaches were awesome and so welcoming! We also loved the work out and thought the experience was great!

This gym is AMAZING! It’s unlike other gyms and allows you to have fun while working out. You’ll fit in no matter what your age or fitness level is! The coaches are great people with the experience and will push you if you want it! I couldn’t recommend them enough 💪🏻🙌🏻

F45 has changed my life completely! For years I felt so tired and weak and I finally found a place that keeps me motivated and excited about exercise. Great gym - and I've been to a lot of different types of group workouts (Barrys, OTF, Lifetime). Nothing beats a Saturday morning class with Coach Mikey P!
