Jeremy was helpful and polite. He helped give me some great advice, in addition he generously helped snap back on a wheel well fender and referred me to a mobile repair man. The mobile repairman he thought would be less expensive and a better repair option in order to maintain the value of the SUV. I was blown away with his friendly, honest, and up front support with no financial gain whatsoever. A refreshing experience in automotive repair. I am sincerely grateful. And will remember Val's!!!!

Had minor scratches on the front bumper of my Porsche Macan that a valet did. I just knew it was going to cost me over $700. I pulled up for an estimate and Val came out and put some strong stuff on my car and wiped it right off! It’s looking spotless like when I pulled off the lot and he would not even a take a penny from me. This guy is awesome! he also fixed a friend of mine SUV as well that’s how I found them.. five star ratings all day! thank you again I’m so happy and still shocked

This place was recommended by a friend at work who has used them multiple times, so I decided to give them a shot. I had damage from somebody hitting my truck in the parking lot overnight. It was enough to make a solid crease in the metal, as well as break the clear coat and paint so the bare metal was showing(2019 F150 with aluminum body). I took it to Val's and they came out to assess what needed to be done right away. I worked with a gentleman named Dave and he not only gave me options, but thoroughly explained each one and why certain things needed to be done to make sure it came out looking right. I was given a printed quote with everything outlined and the price was extremely reasonable given the amount of work that had to be done, especially compared to quotes I got from other places. I picked up the truck and unless I told you, you would never know that it been damaged. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the result. I have nothing negative to say about the place or their service. If you were to twist my arm about it, I guess my only complaint would be that the parking is normally full, which actually isn't even a negative at all. That just goes to show how many people trust them with their vehicles. They care more about customer satisfaction than squeezing every penny they can out of you. This is a "do it once and do it right" kind of shop. There is literally a sign in the office that says "reputation is everything". I'm hoping I won't need to have any other repairs done in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be stopping by Val's again. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work gentlemen.

Somebody scraped my real panel and drove away. Val's repainted the area so well that neither my wfe nor I can tell there was ever any damage. The new paint is seamlessly faded in with the existing surface; I can't tell where one begins and the other ends. They got my car in and finished the job in a timely manner. A small shop but a good one!

I have been going to Val's for years and every time they do amazing work! I've used the dealership auto body shops in the past and none of them compare to the quality of work, price and service that Val provides. We've had work done on 8 year old cars to brand new luxury vehicles with triple paint, etc. Val's is always right on point and perfect. I highly recommend them to fix your car and have it looking like new again!

Took our mini van to Val's after another car dented and scratched one side of it. Not only did these guys get the job done within a few days, as promised, but the van looks even better than before and they even did a little extra by cleaning our headlights, which we didn't expect. We can't tell you how pleased we are with Val's and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs dent and scratch work done on their vehicle. All the employees are very professional and kind and the owner is wonderful and extremely honest! If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat! Thank you Val!!!!!

Great work and excellent service! I was told my car was pretty much unrepairable by multiple shops and was given total assurance by Val that it could be repaired and it was done at a very reasonable price. I got my car back and it looked completely original as if nothing happened to it. I highly recommend Vals Scratch & Dent for body work needs.

Val's did a great job on the hood of my Infiniti Q60! Completed the work in half the time that was scheduled and the price was better than any other shop in the Jupiter area! I would absolutely recommend Val's!

If I could give this business 20 stars, I would! The rear bumper on my Audi A6 looked horrible after scratching it numerous times backing into my garage. I took it here for a quote along with one other place. Not only were they $500 less, but they could get me in the next week and be done in two and a half days. Picked my car up today and it was PERFECT!! I highly recommend this place!

Val has repaired my family's car now 4 times and the work is impeccable. He is fair, honest, and usually will fit you in and finish usually on time he estimated. I wouldnt go any where else. Hopefully people will stop hitting our cars!

Body shops are known for ripping people off. Val's scratch and dent is NOT one of them. The owner and staff are as honest as they come, very knowledgeable, the work they perform is outstanding and the turn around time is minimal. You don't find many car businesses with the integrity of Val's which is why I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I recently purchased a used car and wanted it inspected. I called Val's and they told me to bring it on by. Upon arriving they came out looked over the car and explained everything they saw and what it meant, all for free of charge. I did not need them for auto body work but purely based on the over the top friendly customer service and detailed explanation they gave me as a non paying customer. I could only assume that you will have a positive experience as a paying customer. In the unfortunate event that I ever need any repairs done Val's is where I'll go.

Every time I need repairs to my car, I take it to Vals and I am always impressed with the high level of service, quality workmanship and Great pricing! I recently took my car there for minor dents and scratches And the repair looks like new!

When two other shops quoted $700+ to repair a puncture in the fender, Val said "that's not structural" and charged me $325 and did the repair perfectly. I have used him since and I've always been totally satisfied.
