Today was the second time we’ve asked Preston to come out and do some work for us when we were in a pinch and down a vehicle , and even in this extreme heat he came out on time, (just as he promised) , and got the work done without missing a beat . My 05 Explorer , and 03 Avalon are running like a dream , and we even gained a little knowledge by listening to his explanations (in great detail) .

Preston is the man! He came out to my home, replaced all four motor mounts in my 2012 Honda Odyssey, even the rain didn't stop him! The service was exceptional and $700 less than Tire Plus was trying to get me for! I will continue using his service! The van is riding beautifully now.

Preston is honest and reliable. I called on a Sunday with a time sensitive issue and he texted me even though he was busy. He set up an appointment that worked well for my fiance and I for an overview of a new vehicle we had just purchased. He was very thorough in his inspection and informed us what needed to be taken care of. He put our mind at ease with our purchase. He cut us a great deal as well. He is understanding, trustworthy, reliable and definitely someone we will be calling in the future if we have any problems!

That earned my trust as he's not the type of person who will just make work. He keeps you updated on the status of the repair. He is honest and trustworthy. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

My brother referred me to Preston's services in November 2019. Initially skeptical at first for a mobile service, but Preston's work and insight won me over. He took into account the poor experiences I've had with dealership mechanic services in the past - very understanding and honest. So appreciate his willingness to teach and demonstrate his knowledge whenever I inquire about maintenance/upkeep. Bonus: he also accepts Venmo, Cashapp and Zelle.

Preston Auto Repair - is the mobile mechanic two friends recommended to me. He showed up at my house (while I was at work) and verified the starter worked, then checked the alternator. He replaced the battery and so far, absolutely no other issues with my vehicle. His prices were completely reasonable - (don't tell him this, but I felt like his service fee is too low. Shhhh. ) - I looked up the cost of the battery and it was actually more expensive than the price he quoted me for it. So with his service fee, I was paying about what I would've paid if I had purchased the battery and then figured out how to put it in myself - without any ability to also test the starter and check the alternator.

I strongly recommend this guy. He really worked with me trying to get to me the same day as he was leaving town the next. Great service, great value.

Personal experience - fuel pump went bad in my car, I didn’t know what to do as I know that kind of repair is extreamly expensive. Preston was so accomedating and professional with his advice, explanations and timeliness. His pricing is amazing and he came right to my home. I even mentioned that the 2nd car could use an oil change and air filter and within 20 min that was complete. Excellent service and will repeat business with him. Thank you again!
