Oviedo Mall

A great little mall. Not too crowded. Has Regal Theaters. Good food court. Cafe Natura was the best and the zucchini souffle was delicious. Staff is nice. Mall was clean.

Fun and interesting little mall. I love all of the artsy shops and Duckies is wonderful. Had a horrid three hour nightmare experience at the Paul Mitchell School salon, but our lunch at Asian Express made our trip a little more pleasant.

Lots to do and look at! Unique niche shops with a few staples included. Good food and multi screen theater. Worth a look.

Love this mall, been going since I was a kid. It’s had its ups and downs but it seems to be on a big upward trajectory recently! Almost every store is leased and lots of stuff about to open as well. Hopefully it only gets better with the hotel and apartments they are building. Support small and local business!

Sorry so many stores have left..and for some unknown reason..Dillard's does not carry most of the higher end womens clothing.
We're losing our malls one by one..such a shame.

Almost a year in business. High Street is a clothing department store. Different merchant brands combined. Very low prices. Thank you Patty store Manager Betty sweet person and very professional. And also met her assistant Mari, I hope she gets to see Hawaii.

It’s such a shame that this mall is closing I heard it was going to be in April 2024. I feel bad for all the people that work there and I really like all those businesses they’re just like Ma and Pa small businesses. Well if your not closing, why do you have rain buckets all over the place. I mean like 20-30 rain buckets in the mall alone !! Not to mention Inside the stores. You have no new prospects of draw type businesses except for Dillards, and I heard they are pulling out. Everything is outdated including the movie theater.

I always go for Chinese food and pretzels. The mall is always clean, they have an outdoor play area, trampoline place and a movie theater on the second floor.

My favorite mall! It's small but has all the places I look for in a mall. Additionally, its somewhat unusual architecture feels like the shopping area of a nice community in a science fiction movie.

It’s been adding newer places to keep it going. Some cool spots and stores! And lots of cool mural paintings as well. I love the Oviedo Mall for a fun few hours, and the Sip n Shop event was awesome!

A very gorgeous mall, with a pretty decent selection of stores and restaurants. The architecture is great, as well as the interior design. It's close to a lot; including moderately close to UCF.

My kids LOVE this mall. My son is into video games and Pokémon and I don’t know anywhere else you can go to have so many of these stores in one place (Pokémon specialty card shopping, tournaments, card trading events, and a cool gaming place with PC’s and VR). My daughter and I really like the anime store, but also enjoy the jewelry, art, and other unique stores. There are a handful of chain stores but I think this is a great place to shop for unique gifts. At Christmas time they have extra shops open,
and we actually did quite a bit of our gift shopping there. The mall DEFINITELY needs to fix the water leaking, I’m sure this is an incredibly expensive repair and thus difficult to accomplish. All in all, don’t go to this mall expecting typical “mall” stores, go to this mall for something different. If your looking for an indoor family outing this is a definitely a place to try. Oh! I almost forgot to mention the food court! Again, it’s not the chain food court food but it is GOOD, the CupPasta and Asian food places are really tasty!

I love this mall particularly because it is never crowded. You never have to wait in line for the bathroom. The movie theater is never packed. It doesn't have a lot of big name mall shops, no Victoria Secret or Gap. It has a live theater for plays, costume shops, anime shop, kids playground, animal mall riders for kids, district eat play is awesome and has a lot to offer. Oviedo Brewing is in the parking lot. It's a great place for mall strolling. Teriyaki chicken in the food court is amazing.

Clean and plenty of room. People in shops are friendly. Lots of photo shops and medical etc.. but not enough of retailers

Our Grand daughter had a wonderful birthday party at Kamloops. She had 21 classmates and friends and several parents and grandparents.

It is good location,very quite,i love there,it has play ground so I and my children come there,love it so much

not all malls are created equally... some are just better, like ours. Oviedo mall is unique and perfect the way it is. It has so much to offer.... walk thru the doors and find out for yourself!!! There are major stores but more importantly it is home to small businesses looking to thrive. Take a moment and embrace that... not every business might be for you... but that doesn't make it any less important. You can support these businesses and drive traffic to the mall therefore improving it... just by being open and positive.

Oviedo mall has so much to offer. I challenge you all to go in and spend the day/evening. So many new shops and AMAZING vendors! Was able to have a family day with my teens, each lunch and shop for all of us and all the Mother’s Day gifts! Check them out!
