Went car shopping on Wednesday and the first place we went was River Bend Ford in Bainbridge Georgia. I had looked high and low online for a SUV that had 3 row seats, nothing really stood out for me. We were greeted by Bill Gute who was very friendly and great sales man. I talked to him about what I was looking for and he showed me a Ford Explorer limited edition very nice and fully loaded with so many features. I tested drove it. It drove so well. I started the purchase right then and drove off very happy customer. Thank you so much to Bill for great service and we will be back to purchase from River Bend Ford in the future. So for those that are looking to purchase a new ride I highly recommend them. I promise you won't leave disappointed.

My wife & I found a used Chevrolet 3500 Dooley truck on the web site. We rode over on Sunday afternoon and looked at it on the lot. I did a quick chat online with their IT person and they said they would contact me Monday morning.
They did better than that the salesman Bill Gute shot me a quick email and would talk further on Monday. Long story short we test drove the truck and walked out happy campers with beloved new(used) truck. Kevin Collin’s the sales manager is so personable and accommodating to make sure you are happy with your new purchase. He makes sure you are well taken care of and everyone there is so nice. I can truthfully say these people are honest and sincere folks that serve the Bainbridge area. Thanks so much for your service guys& gals!!

We found an F150 at Riverbend Ford and I called on it to see if it was still available. Turns out it was and Bill was at the ready to help us get the deal done . I called on Tuesday to set the deal up and went to the dealership Wednesday to pick it up . We were there about an hour as they had the paperwork ready for us when we arrived . I have been looking for a small truck for 6 months. I have delt with rude and arrogant sales reps, over priced vehicles and low ball pricing on my trade. I explained to Herman what I wanted for my trade and he made it happen. I was at work in Panama City Beach and he was willing to stay past hours to give me the 3 hrs to get there. The truck was ready to go, I took a short test drive, signed paperwork and headed back home. Bill and Herman made sure every step of the buying process went smooth. For a small town dealership they are top notch and we will be back in the future. Thank you guys and job well done!

I drove from Florida to purchase a used gmc Yukon from Riverbend Ford. I wanted a Yukon and Riverbend had the best bang for my buck.
My sales consultant was Bill. So many great things I can say regarding Bill. Such a sweet and humble person. I never felt pressured or harassed. I felt totally comfortable with him.
Kevin the manager is also really great! I had issues finding a document and he FaceTimed me right before closing to walk me through paperwork and any questions. He was beyond helpful
Lastly, I want to thank Steve in the servicing department for being helpful and would check on me during a repair. He was very honest and transparent. Thats very hard to find!!!
As a business owner myself. I would be proud to have all three of these gentlemen working for me!!

Ordered a 2024 F150 Tremor with Chris Carroll over the phone after visiting Riverbend Ford on a Saturday during the Bainbridge Blues Fest. How easy was that! Great deal over the phone and Chris was so knowledgeable. He kept me posted during the build and shipping process. It became obvious that he was as excited for the truck to arrive as I was. Got to meet Chris when I picked up my prize. He and the staff made me feel like family. Riverbend Ford was just as impressive as the Tremor!

Bought a 2016 F150 from Herman and never set foot on the lot. I live in Tallahassee and I did everything on line. Herman took care of everything for me and had the vehicle detailed, filled with gas and delivered to my home in Tallahassee. The day after I got it, I saw there was a recall so I called Herman, he sent a driver to my home, left me a loaner and took my truck back to Bainbridge to be serviced AND they brought it back the same day. THAT is service, THAT is how you take care of your customer. Herman communicated with me by text and I was informed of what they were doing and when they were doing it. Stellar place to do business, I will be back.

Huge shoutout to Joey and the Collison Center at Riverbend Ford! When my wife decided to pick a fight with the fire hydrant in our yard and the fire hydrant won, we took the Fusion on up to Riverbend. Top notch customer service, friendly, fast, and economical. They hooked us up and got us on our way in less than a day. Thanks yall for everything!
