Every single one of them deserve a raise. Tyler, Colby, and the sweet old man on the end by the bathroom. They treated us so nicely and understood the urgency of our situation. Also props for not being sexist and including the woman just as much as the man in car talk. The older man gave my daughter chips just to be nice. Colby was super patient and TYLER somehow bargained his way down into getting us a affordable car payment. I cannot stress this enough. 5 stars.

Very Helpful. We found a car online that we were intrested. The car wasn't ready yet and was actually at the detailers the day we went. They went out of their way to go pick the car up just so we could look at it. There were a few issues and it need to be serviced. So we were loaned another vehicle for almost a week waiting for ours to be completed. They even delivered the car to our house with a full tank of gas for us. Thank you again for all your help

Find Jody or Liz. I bought a used vehicle from here and received superb customer service. Jody, the salesman, gave me the hookup and would not quit until I was satisfied with my purchase. Liz handles all the over the phone payments. I think I will buy a car from this lot for the rest of my life, but I don’t need a new car now. Mine drives great!!! And, it attracts women. Bonus!!! Until I bought a car from Patterson’s, I was a loser. Now, I got so many numbers I had to buy a second cell phone!! Thanks, Jody. You rock!!

I have been doing business with them for 4 years now and I am am on my 2nd vehicle with them. They both are very reliable and I haven’t had any problems with them. Lonnie, Mr. Maddox and the manager are awesome. I highly recommend them and it does report to bureau which has help my credit score tremendously.

The best and easiest transaction! Called that morning, set up time to meet the following day. I ended up bringing paperwork by that evening and Jim Maddox was super to work with. He had car brought over for us, ended up closing the deal. Exceeded my expectations.
