The crew at Quality do a great job at a great price. These guys are my go to for questions, equipment/supply purchases and repairs I can’t do my self.

Quality RV had the exact unit we wanted with all the upgrades already installed. The interior was the color we wanted. And the price, well they came in $1000's under the larger dealers in Dallas, Houston and Ft. Worth. The larger dealers were $4000-6000 higher and that did not include the cost of the upgrades we wanted.
We spoke with John on the phone as we were traveling to see this unit (3 hours from our home). When we arrived, he showed us the unit and took his time with us without any pressure. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. We put down our deposit and returned a few days later for our walk through.
Josh helped us with our walk through. He was very nice, took his time to show us everything (this is our first RV) and he even took the time to assist with installing the distribution hitch that we purchased elsewhere.
We cannot say enough about all the staff at Quality RV. We are very satisfied with the friendly care they extended to us. If we ever need repairs, maintenance, parts or have questions we have complete confidence that John and his staff will get us back up and going with the same exceptional service!

These guys are awesome. I had a warranty concern and called them. They got the ball rolling right away. Jesse ordered the new part right away and Matt and Anthony showed up with smiles on their faces and a genuine eagerness to perform a quality repair. John went out of his way to help make the whole process a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend Quality RV not only for their vast selection of products but for their customer friendly way of doing business and their positive and helpful attitude. Professional customer service, I thought that was gone in this country, Best price in the whole U.S. We drove from Washington to Texas to pick our trailer up and still saved thousands from purchasing in Washington state. Thank you again for treating us so well.. We will have years of fun with it.

I have bought many things over the years but these guys made this one of my best/easiest transactions. I am from Florida and wanted a specific make and model of camper. I looked on the internet and found that Quality RV had the one I was looking for. I called and spoke to John. We came up with a fair price. I told him I was driving from Florida so he made sure the camper was inspected and ready the day before I got there and filled my propain tank and my fresh water tank and made sure battery was fully charged. We completed the paper work and off I went. Dry camped half way to Florida with shower and all with no problems. can’t say enough about the quality of care and the understanding they had of my transaction needs. Great place and great people!!! I hope I see them again one day.

Had some upgrades and repairs done on my fifth wheel almost a year ago. They are holding up very well. Jesse was very helpful in communicating and keeping me up to date along the way. Will be using them for any other needs in the future.

Jesse was up front and very helpful figured out the problem and ordered the parts. Joshua did the installation in a timely manner. Hope I never have to go back but if I break down again I hope I can find people this good. Thanks for the great service. Steve & Diane

Couldn't be happier! Went in to look at a specific trailer and walked away with a better trailer for the same money as another dealership. Great service and priced right. Had extras put on and recieved great time frame. They even hauled my other camper to my house for a reasonable price. Thank you

We were traveling on 59 headed to Little Rock Ar. We broke a spring hanger on the rear axle of our fifth wheel trailer. They put our unit right in the bay and made repairs for us to get back on the road short down time. They even suggested we purchase a Mor/ride wet bolt system. Did that the hangers are 1/2 in thick steal instead of factory 1/4" and you can grease them. Would fully recommend this shop

Showed up ,Lana, she took me around and showed me different TT that were around my budget. I appreciated that she didn't try and force anything, even left me alone so that I could get a feel for each TT. I would defiantly recommend going to see these guys.

I'm about to get my tank filed and it's not only over an hour and a half past the time that they close but in this time of crazy weather theses guy's Kalven and John still have had the most outstanding service!!! Thanks guys!

Had problems while on the road coming from the panhandle . Quality RV was a wonderful help, and so friendly. Would definitely recommend them and their service to anyone looking or needing help with their Motor home or Recreational Vehicle.
