My power pole went down in my yard during a wind storm, and I was told by Wisconsin Public Service that it was my responsibility to find a new pole, dig the hole, and get an electrician to my house to wire it. All the while, not having any electricity until it was done. As you can imagine, shear panic set in after hearing this news. Frustrated with my current predicament, Randy Massart was a lifesaver when he told me he could come out right away to look at the downed pole and what this situation would all entail, even though he already had a very busy schedule. He lined everything up, from getting the pole, to having someone dig the hole, then wiring it and getting Wisconsin Public Service back out to hook my electricity up. He was exceptionally kind on the phone and their work was top notch! I am so grateful for everything he did for me that day, and would highly recommend him!

The technician from Massart electric showed up promptly in the morning, hooked up a generator to enable us to power essentials in the house while work was being done. The work was completed ahead of schedule and was completed with very high quality and neatness. Highly recommend this company for electrical needs.

Called and called to find an electrician to come out at last minute when our main electric line fell off of our house and was lying across our yard and into the street. No one was available, including Massarts...however, when he heard we couldn't find anyone, he made sure he got out here and set up a new line...took them just under an hour and they were on their way...with me be eternally grateful as were my 4 boys that sat and watched the guys work :) Thank you, thank you, thank you!
