This lawyer will be involved in a lawsuit from the blindside movie and book. This lady, allegedly, participated in tricking Michael Ohr into signing a conservatorship document, when he was led to believe it was just adoption by a different name. She was then the agent for the family negotiating their payments for the book and movie. The document she had him sign locked him out of anny financial benefit claim from that mega-hit movie. All of this is extremely unethical and supported by the other poor reviews posted here. Look elsewhere. As of right now her office has declined to comment on this matter

The paralegal that Attorney Branan uses should be fired. Attorney Branan your paralegal will run off more business, because of her unprofessional argumentative attitude.
Just find someone else to work with don’t waste your time.

Our father died over a year ago and we've been trying to get set in the right direction to settle his affairs. This place has been of almost no help at all. They have procrastinated for over a year and when we think we are getting somewhere, there's always an excuse why we can't move forward. And the people on the phones have quite the know it all, can't do any wrong attitude. Thanks for wasting our time.

The way they handled and treated my wifes family after they had a loss in the family is horrendous. They were not helpful and caused more issues than needed. The communication was not good and the pricing situation was also a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It’s been a very a unprofessional and misleading experience, a lot of misinformation, and communication is terrible. Being in another state and dealing with things after the loss of a loved one, this should NOT be what you have to go through. Additionally, I would not recommend this law firm.

This company is very unprofessional and not upfront about pricing. We have been trying to work with them for over a year after my dad's passing ans it's been nothing but stress and unprofessionalism. They were wrong on multiple occasions and cannot admit fault and take responsibility.
