We made an appointment first, Then we came at 12:00 for a new born screen. Everything was great. The toilet were clean. The front desk lady and the nurse where polite. I have no complaints.

I have used this location for a TB test for work, getting my children’s vaccines on the MS 121 form. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Staff is super friendly and polite. They were accommodating and very helpful.

I came for a rapid covid test was in-and-out within 15 minutes. The young man that did my test was active military and very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend as a testing facility.

Came down for my COVID test. Was a long line, but these people were working hard!

Called to asked for information about shot records. The lady was very kind and patient to help me.

Very very VERY unprofessional. The experience starts with the front desk lady asking you very personal questions and making you have to scream the answers in front of everyone. The same office lady smiles in my face and told me she can‘t make an appointment for me because she was on lunch break. Cool, whatever. But then she didn’t make an appointment for me even after the break was over because she was ‘the only office staff on hand’ and was ‘extremely busy’. The doctor was fine I just needed simple help and the office lady was simply unhelpful.

The front desk lady is extremely rude. First time I went, I was getting ready to leave but I doubled back to ask her a question and she slammed her arm down on the table and did a big SIGH like I was bothering her. Second time. I made an appointment to get my kid some shots. Appointment was for 10am and we didn't get seen until after 12pm. My kids father came along and the front desk lady caught an attitude because he asked for a work note. WE WERE WAITING FOR 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN. WE DIDN'T EXPECT TO BE WAITING THAT LONG. She seemed like it was a problem that he came with me. The nurse was an older lady. She was very polite and did a great job with giving the shots.

They’re always rude and are always messing up appointments. They made me an apt the day the doctor was not in and I waited about 3 months to see and told me I’d have to reschedule & it’s be, again, a couple months. One of the front desk ladies chews her gum really loud in your face and it’s so disgusting nobody wants to hear that. The only nice people are some of the ladies in WIC.

The people at this clinic are the most rude unprofessional group of people I’ve encountered since being in Mississippi. I just watched them tell a young lady that came in without a mask to stand outside, and they have mask because I was given one upon entrance after being attacked by 2 different people within 5 seconds of walking in without a mask. They don’t speak, just rude, this is the south but southern hospitality does not exist within anyone here. Never coming here again.

I called last week to make an appointment to get my son his booster shots. I was told shots are only done on a walk in basis on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm. So I waited until Thursday to come in. I showed up at 1030 and the front desk attendant told me "the nurse is swamped and be able to see you this morning." When I explained that I had called ahead of time she then told me well she won't be back until 1. So I came back at 1245. Now it's 1:40 and they haven't started seeing people yet.

The lady that greets you whe. You walk in is very rude. I walked in and said I had an appointment. She was trying to ask way too many personal question with several people in the waiting room. Then she began to spray lysol on all the chairs. As she is doi g it she is asking if this is going g to bother anyone. She isn't considerate of other individuals. And she certainly needs to be trained in HIPPA practices .
