URGENT! I had two rolls of film submitted to our local Walgreens 6316 Irvine Blvd
Irvine, CA 92620, United States and sent to be developed to your photo development center. I’m assuming this is where this production is done in your South Carolina headquarters.

We submitted two different film orders with order numbers #231700 and #231701 for Nicole Johnson. We received one order back of developed film split and packaged into the two orders. One CD had 12 images and the other had 2 images. Technically one film is still missing that has many personal and cherished images on it.

It looks like you made a huge mistake and is yea did solving it simply split the order and decided to fulfill it by splitting one roll into two to cover your tracks.

This needs to be resolved immediately and refunded for the cost of service. Will never send to your production center ever again.
