Tyson Foods employees qualify. To set up a savings account snd join cost $25 (refundable at account close).

I have over 33 years of great professional service from friendly staff. The loan department is great to work with and the hours of all locations are very accommodating to our needs.

I love this credit union. They have free coffee and popsicles in the summer. 100 dollars if you open checking.

Downtown is the normal Truity I tend to use weekly, and service is great. Normally it seems like they have new trainees learning every time I visit. Last time they printed my cashiers check wrong, it was fixed but it’s once every other week something else happened. I can say I normally have great service.

Edit: I’ve bumped two five stars as the service has seemed to improve since I opened my second account here.

Jessica at Bartlesville’s downtown location is wonderful! Our PTO came in with a large deposit and she did a great job taking care of us. She was patient as we got everything in order, counted accurately, and gave us tips on counting and preparing our large deposits. We really appreciate her help!

This location offers a very large variety of services and support, and is conveniently located downtown for those who work in the offices nearby. The ATM is in a convenient spot for off-hour visits, and wait times inside are generally short. The staff is friendly and the location is clean and well-maintained. It is a great banking experience every visit!

I moved from OKC to Bartlesville. I did mystery shopping in okc and updated when I moved here. I took a mystery shopping job in Bartlesville. I deposited the check in Truity Credit Union and left to walmart. I did the job. When I left walmart my phone rang. Truity Credit Union. The check was a fraud. Truity put $300 in my acct and $2000 a loan with 0 interest. I thought who does this. Truity Credit Union. I am a life time member.

I have always been pleased with the customer service of this credit union. Their early fraud detection discovered that someone was charging against my account before I was even aware of it. Also, I don't get charged for every little thing like banks tend to do.

Madison was awesome in trying to help me locate a message that shows up occasionally when I am looking for something in online banking. We did not locate the mysterious message but she was very polite, helpful and offered many suggestions to help me. Thank you Madison!
