Napolis Italian Restaurant

I've been here a few times. And I've figured it out. The male goes above & beyond to treat his customers wonderful. The female does not. He is clean cut, wears a silver necklace, & lots of plastic bendable bracelets on his wrists. The female is slim, has brown hair, shoulder length maybe. And here's what I've figured out. If you get seated in the area when you 1st walk in, he's your server. If they take you all the way to the other side, she will be your server, unfortunately. My complaints: When I 1st walked in, the greeter (young kid, big wavy hair, slim build) He asked how many & I said 3. He picked up 1 menu & 1 silverware. Then we unfortunately got seated on the other side, not the 1st section where I'm used to sitting. So the lady came, she served us 3 drinks & only 2 straws. She brought us the bread with no dipping sauces, she didn't even ask if we wanted dipping sauces, she saw we only had 1 napkin & not once offered to bring out more. She set my to-go box on the table beside us. Like lady, just hand it to me, I'm sitting right here. She checked on the table in front of us & behind us, but didn't check on us. She took forever bringing out the check, even though the people beside us got their check first, but arrived after us. While there, however, I observed the male serving a table in the other section, asking them would they like the (2) dipping sauces, asking them how they was enjoying their food, bringing out extra napkins without being asked, just being so polite, so courteous, which is how he has always served us as well. (And we've always tipped him well) The lady who served us, she was nowhere near getting a tip. I paid for my $50 order and left without tipping. She needs to be fired. & He needs a raise. Next time I come, I will refuse to sit in her section!!!

All our food was excellent. I loved my stuffed mushrooms and the garlic bread was amazing. I am glad they carry some local draft beer as well. I promised my awesome waiter ( dawson ) i would come back for the chocolate mousse cake.

Would definitely come back if I'm ever passing through the area again. Ordered takeout with some friends and to our surprise they gave us some complimentary rolls that just melted in my hands (in a good way), and a free Stromboli! I got the chicken piccata and it was loaded with capers, creamy, rich, and scolding hot. My belly approves and is now at peace.

We had carryout, but very friendly staff during pickup. Food was outstanding as always. We had an X-large pizza and cheese sticks and it was all great. Price was not excessive. Would highly recommend.

I can't honestly rate the atmosphere since most times we just do takeout but the food and service is TOP NOTCH ALWAYS!!! 💙 I recommend the Spicy chicken and shrimp it's amazing 😍....or the New York style pizza

Extra large servings, we split plates across many of the members present. The bread rolls are very nicely done and the dipping marinara sauce is also very good. Napoli's combo is a favorite! Chicken Parmigiana isn't ever dried out.

Aileen was fantastic and the food was fantastic I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I had tonight. I went from have a not so pleasant experience a few years ago to a completely different experience tonight. Definitely recommend 10/10 good food for a good price and ask for Aileen if you want a great waitress!!!

It was so good! There was lots of food . Service was amazing. We were so full that we had to order dessert to go.

Napolis is the most consistent of all Nac restaurants when it comes to food quality and quantity for your dollar. The staff is friendly and courteous and the food is always fresh and well made.

I always enjoy coming here! Their food is wonderful, what is pictured is their Calzone, which was HUGE, and Chicken Alfredo with Pink Sauce (a mixture of alfredo sauce and tomato sauce) both tasted great! This has also become our go-to pizza place, the spinach and pepperoni with alfredo sauce. The people who run the place and extremely friendly AND they deliver!

Took my wife for her birthday, I don't like Italian cuisine, but this place blew my mind. A large variety of dishes to choose from. Friendly service and fast service. Food was hot, full of flavor and fresh. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

Tonight was amazing. I knew the cousins' restaurant from Terrell, TX and was excited to see one in Nacogdoches. I had a dish tonight similar to my favorite in Terrell. Torillini Allapana. It was amazing! Alyssa was our waitress and she did a superb job with her service, her constant smile, and friendly attitude. This was a great night out with the family.

Very nice Italian restaurant with homemade pasta’s. We tried the Napolis Special wit 9 toppings and it was excellent really enjoyed the crunchy and crisp crust with a very nice cold Peroni beer. This picture does not do it justice I should’ve taken it when she served it they also do catering

Very good food and friendly service

So so great. Authentic oven. Alfredo was amazing. Homemade bread was like a caprese thing and awesome. You can get pizza by the slice. Totally recommend!

I love the Stromboli. I could eat it every day.

Just ordered another stromboli on my birthday. I was so disappointed. It was cold and must have been prepared prior to ordering it. The cheese was cold. The meat was cold. It just tasted like fast food. It was early evening around 4 p.m. on Tues. 2/20. Quality control was poor. The rest of my party had pasta dishes that were streaming hot. I hope my next stromboli is up to quality standard. It will be my last if It is cold and blah.

We had a fantastic meal we both had the Napolis combo delicious and we ordered a Napolis special 9 topping small NY style pizza to take back to the bed & breakfast for later. Would differently eat here again.

EDIT: Confirmed (5/27/20) via direct contact with owner/operator that Napolis is currently open for Dine In (50%) capacity, following FDA guidelines, & delivering for free. You can get free delivery via direct contact with Napolis...NOT through delivery apps who secretly overcharge you by marking up the price of menu items without the restaurants consent. Just call Napolis and those boys gotchoo!

I don't know why my reviews keep disappearing from all over town, pretty annoying but I love these guys so much I'll keep reviewing their business! Best Italian in East Texas, best slice in East Texas, and the best family owned restaurant in East Texas. Don't believe me? Change my mind. . .if you can't then you have to change your mind.
