Neal law office to everyone..Rob and Greg have been very kind helping us to understand ,explaining everything to us ,always staying in touch and keeping us informed from the beginning to the end..they are kind, courteous, and treat you with respect..they make you laugh at times but when it comes to business they know what they are doing and do a excellent job for us. I had a problem with a stolen and wrecked vintage pickup that wasn't being returned by the tow company in a timely manner. I asked my friend John Slater in Davis for a recommendation. He suggested Joshua Edwards. My call to the Neal Law Office was answered by Monica who patiently listened while I described my dilemma and directed my call to Ethan Byrd in their office who has more experience in similar situations. Ethan took 30 minutes and explained what I could do on my own including the filing of a replevin action to expedite the process and save some attorney fees. The graciousness struck me as a very neighborly gesture and I told Ethan that his generosity and expertise was certainly worth a signature cheesecake. I got the results I needed with no out of pocket expenses, so today I paid off my self imposed debt with a handcrafted lemonade cheesecake made with fresh squeezed lemon juice and a dusting of zest for Ethan, Monica and the staff to enjoy (I'm a graduate of the culinary & restaurant department at OSU). When life gives you lemons, make lemonade cheesecake ! I certainly pledged to bring any other business I might have to their office, and I hope that readers of this review realize that most legal matters can't be handled with a cheesecake, but this happened to be a special circumstance. Rob and his entire staff were exceedingly helpful in every step of the process for which I needed them. They were always quick to respond and treated me like I was somebody that mattered to them, unlike some attorneys that I have worked with that treated me as if I were always bugging them. I had a bad experience in Ada Oklahoma , and was told about this attorney named James Neal . When I called I they sent me to Josh Edwards and he was great he dint beat around the bush and tell me what I wanted to hear . He shot it to me straight and was direct with his answers . I LIKE THAT!!! I didn't want to hear the usual everything is ginning to be ok response, I wanted a honest answer and I got it with Josh . I really appreciate that!! Its hard being g in a town where you don't know anyone and he was great as well as his staff . I hope I don't need his services again but in the rare case I do I will definitely be calling there office again without hesitation.
