Albert G's Bar-B-Q

This is a great place for barbecue without the pretense. I'm always happy with their ribs and sliced brisket, and my friend raved about the turkey. Their sides are all good, but I particularly love their fried okra and tabouli!

I had the slice beef Dinner. The meat was very tinder and well seasoned, the sides was delicious as well. You have to try their banana pudding it's delicious! Restaurant was clean. They greet you at the door, very friendly. Great customer service!

It was our first time here. I felt selection was somewhat limited but now I think they’re probably just great at what they do! Everything tasted amazing & I would definitely come back! I got the BLT with Mac-n-cheese! this was by far the best BLT I’ve EVER had! Just look at how much bacon they put on! And it was smoked! Yum! (I asked for no tomato). The mac and cheese was amazing! It tasted Smokey as well! So maybe smoked or a Gouda cheese? Very moist! My husband got the ribs with no sides. So I didn’t take a pic. I tried a bite of his ribs! So good and Smokey! The meat fell offf the bone! But had a great texture! The sauce was pretty sweet so I should should have tried the spicy version or just tried it dry! The rub was great! I felt the price was a little high before I tasted it but I have to say; it’s all worth it.

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon, got ribs, baked beans, fried okra, and my man got the G’s appetizer. All food was great. The ribs were nice and tender and juicy the barbecue sauce to put on the ribs was also very delicious. It came out fast and hot! Service was good.

Love this place. It never disappoints. The loaded bake potato is one of my favorites. My wife gets the 3 meat and double beans. The beans are in a good group by themselves.

During my first visit the group ordered G's Debris (poutine) and I was hooked. Since then that's all I've ever ordered. I've been to many bbq places and it's definitely a unique item that I've not seen anywhere else.

I've now had it with both chopped brisket and hot links. It doesn't matter how you get it, you're going to love it.

Excellent service. We were there about an hour or less before closing. They ran out of the food I ordered, and we were immediately met with apologies from the waitress, manager, and even the cook. And then was offered a discount for our next meal. Great crew and great food!

Super fast service! I sat down, ordered a drink and the G’s Louise salad with pulled pork and blue cheese dressing. I went to the restroom, washed my hands, and returned to the table. As I was sitting down my drink and salad were delivered to the table. Sweet! I enjoyed the entire salad. Fresh romaine lettuce, mostly the green part too. No iceberg lettuce was to be found. Check out the picture! I decided to try the chocolate bourbon pecan pie. It was a huge slice. There were mini chocolate chips on the top. Check out the picture! Really well done. Also, a shout out to Hannah for coming by regularly to ensure I had everything I needed. Also, my table was nice and clean. No sticky BBQ residues found. If you stop by, read their story on the menu. There are 3 restaurants in the Tulsa area. I’ll be back for more!

Good stuff! Clean restaurant and an excellent waitress. Got the chopped brisket sandwich with a side of fries and an extra side of fried okra. Everything tasted great my only criticism is that the bun could have been a little softer other than that it was good overall

Everything looks clean and our server Rondo was super nice and helpful he explained a few dishes since it's our first time here. Loved everything the sweet potatoes fríes are amazing the brisket is good will definitely be back!

I have been burned (pun intended) by so many trendy looking BBQ restaurants, so I was a bit hesitant to stop here while visiting Tulsa.

But I made a fantastic choice.

First, you can get meat items as a side. Sure, my arteries would have preferred the steamed broccoli, but my curious palette craved just a taste of the ribs and hot links.

It is getting increasingly difficult to find good ribs anymore, so I just got it as a side. Would it be too chewy? Not flavorful? Burnt? Too little meat?

I was apprehensive as I took my first bite. I'm so conditioned to leather ribs that my teeth smacked together as they sliced through one of the most tender ribs I've ever had. Fall of the bone is overused in reviews, so I will just say the meat delicately dangled from the bone, waiting for the tenderest tug to come falling off.

The catfish, excellent. Perfectly crispy without drying out the fish.

My only caution is to not assume the red bottle is the hot sauce. It was the clear bottle that had the spicy kick. Not bad, but just unexpected.

My husband & I enjoyed lunch here today. Brisket queso, salad with bacon & no almonds, & a hot link dinner. Quick service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Wonderful experience. We will be back!

We're back in Tulsa this weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Plus, I got tired of everybody at work always taking the weekends for themselves. Like we run trains on banking hours. I wish. My wife and I always like to eat at new and different places whenever we get a chance. There are few things, as far as food, that we won't try. Barbecue is one of our favorites. Kansas City is by far one of our favorite cities for Barbecue. Hard to beat. My daughter said that Albert G's in Tulsa was really decent and you won't leave hungry. So we decided to try it out. There were 5 in our party. We were seated right away. Not bad for a Saturday night. The waitress was quick and had our drinks in a timely manner. Then she dropped the bomb on us. No chicken. Of course, that's what everyone wanted at the table. Except for me. My wife ordered the 3 meat combo with brocolli and a salad. I was hungry, so I ordered the Fat Albert G sandwich with fries. This thing was massive. Smoked bologna, pulled pork, brisket, and a hot link covered by coleslaw. Then, I put a generous portion of spicy barbecue all over it. It's a very messy sandwich, but oh, so delicious. Plenty of paper towels to be had. A good place for iced tea.

Curbside order. It was 100% correct. Food was awesome. Happy about everything but ordered at 6:15,arrived at 6:35. Left at 7:05. Busy Friday night.

Customer service is awesome here! Each time the staff is very friendly and the food is fresh. Great portions but the excellent customer service is the best. Ronaldo, Bre and Sheridan are attentive and sincere. We had our food 5 minutes after we ordered too. ☺

Great BBQ at a very fair price. I had a brisket sandwich with fries and a hot link. My drink stayed full, and the food was perfect. Moist brisket, and crispy fries. 10/10 will be back!

We have waited so long for Albert G’s to open at this location! The service is great,I would give it five stars. The food is good, I would give it four stars! A couple is small things could be better, like the okra could be fried a little crispier to be like we like it. It’s not a game changer, we love it, & we will be back!

A delicious bbq restaurant.
Food is good, service is friendly, and it’s a clean environment. Visually a bit generic but that’s not what we came for. The pulled pork is smoky and tender, tasty!
The chopped brisket was phenomenal, flat out, knock your socks off delicious!
The fried okra was perfect and seasoned expertly. They offer thick slices of smoked bologna. I haven’t seen that before in a restaurant so I ordered it. Surprisingly fantastic and oddly nostalgic. My wife had the ribs and wouldn’t let me have a single one so I’m betting they are pretty good!

Neither of us really cared for the bbq baked beans. Usually a favorite for both of us, these just had no spice, too much sweet and needed to simmer for longer. Not horrible, just not great.
