This place help me out in a big way with my load. I will gladly haul for them again. Very nice people.

They are appointment only don't be late. If you have the main plant address need to go to the warehouse that's their distribution center to check in witch is a building next to the complex. I got lucky and they got me in earlier, didn't take more than an hour to get empty. There is a safety video you have to watch due to hazardous materials on site.

Please stay away from this customer. I had a appointment at 2:00pm and I arrived at 1:57pm and I try to find where the receiving office is took me about 4 minute so I was inside the receiving office at 2:01pm you have to watch safety video that took about 6 minute the time is 2:07 she told me you were late about seven minute we will try to work you in are you serious. Warning warning warning don't come here. You have to sit in your truck with the engine off and extremely hot 104 degree. Worst place. They even said 4 other trucks are head of me and they were late too and I ask them, and they said they lied we came before our appointment, the laddie at office lie and she have a very bad attitude. This is the first time I ever write a complaint.

1 star is for easy shipping and dock area to access....everything else was poor at best! We been drivers for 30 years delivering all over US. This was the first place we had to go into shipping office and take a test..a test, yes about delivering goods at this company! I am handicapped so my wife always checks us in, that hurt me....I'm 400 plus lbs and their was no where for me to sit either! The women in the office treated my wife rude and ignored her for several minutes while they chatted about their families or grandkids.....then she fussed at her for "blocking the parking lot" which we did no such thing! Part of a successful 30 yr trucker is being courteous and professional when parking a 70+foot truck.....so yes this office staff was rude. I am also dyslexic so I was unable to read and a man had to read the questions to me, embarrassing....if this company treats all new delivery drivers like this lady did I dont understand! Not a drop of SC southern hospitality!

Stay away from this place. 2nd time in two month and got the same problem with unloading carriers. May is a good place for company drivers

Funny we watch a Safety video in English to be able to Unload.......but the guy unloading don't understand English.

Takes forever to get unloaded.
