Billing errors and quantity of pills errors, why should anyone trust what pills are there are the correct medication? I can count that the number of pills is not what the bottle says it is supposed to be. I also know it was billed incorrectly because hospice is supposed to pay for this not the patient. This place is frighteningly full of errors and this is not the first time they have made errors.
