We have been doing business with Lynch for over 15 years. We have had a service plan for a couple of years to keep our unit clean and operating optimally. Just had a new York unit installed in a second property. The staff is top notch, Jordan and Zach are experts that will provide appropriate info when needed and answer any questions to ensure your needs are met. Carrie has always been extremely helpful and professional when communicating on the phone. Definitely recommend this business for your home heat/air needs.
Had the duct work replaced on the property with the new heat pump. Two day job that went extremely smooth, really nice installers and total cleanup after job completion.

We bought our Carrier heat pump from Lynch Brothers 27 years ago. We have only had to have it serviced twice during that time. We knew after 27 years we were on borrowed time with that unit. It was still working but probably not efficiently. We didn't want to get caught in the dead of winter with no heat. We talked about replacing it but never took the time to make the call to anyone. We still wanted to stay with Carrier as it had served us well.
One day ( by mistaken address) Lynch heating and air pulled into our driveway. As I talked to Daniel we found he had a mistaken address. As I was pointing him in the right direction my husband said, hey wait just a minute. He explained to Daniel the age of our heat pump and that we were interested in replacing it. Although Daniel was surely late for his appointment by now Daniel gave him all the time he wanted. He told us that Jordan Adkins had acquired the company from Gene and assured us we would be well taken care of and gave us the contact info.
We were not sure about the new owner, Gene Lynch had built a very reputable company and his quality and service would not be easily matched. Gene went the extra mile to make sure you were happy. We were hoping for that same e quality. We were not disappointed!
Daniel referred us to Jordan. From the moment we met Jordan we could tell he had the same mindset as Gene. The company was like family and the customers are held in highest regard.
Jordan assessed our needs and things moved quickly. Our old unit was out in a day, and it didn't take long to get the new unit installed and running. They were very prompt and very professional! They also hauled the old unit away. They made sure the work area was clean and everything was working properly. Jordan checked in with us after installation to make sure we were happy more than once. I can tell a big difference in our new heat pump. Our house is much warmer, and the heat pump does not run as much as the old one did.
Carrier heat pumps have served us well, and Lynch Heating and air-conditioning are the folks to get it done for you.
If you are looking to replace your unit, these are the people you want! Prompt, courteous, very professional, great work ethic and they have a great product with Carrier. We know from experience.

I called Lynch A/C after my Mini-splitAC went warm. They came out and couldn’t find the small leak but put dye in it and let it run a few days to find the leak with a black light. In the meantime he left me with a portable Rolling AC unit if it started to get warm again.
They got it fixed, which wasn’t easy because my compressor is 10 feet in the air, did a great job and Jordon was a very professional and personable guy. They did their best to accommodate me while my unit was fixed.
I HIGHLY Recommend Lynch AC. I’ll call them again if I need them.

I just want to commend Lynch Heating & Air! After a year of dealing with issues from several other companies and getting no where but ripped off, we called Lynch. Zack showed up earlier than our appointment time and within 5 minutes knew what our issue was. In less than 30 minutes he had it repaired and out the door! He was kind and friendly and very professional! We will definitely recommend Lynch to everyone! They now have a customer for life!

Brandon was great. Very knowledgeable of diagnostics and trying to figure out a unique voltage situation with my thermostat that suffered some sort of power surge on my 2003 Carrier R-410 unit. He also offered some viable solutions for my older 4 Ton R22 Carrier unit that is going on 23 years of use (but still hanging in there). Great service and care taken by Brandon talking me through the process for the repairs needed.

Always a good experience; I have been a customer for a few years now. The maintenance program has been worth every cent, and Brandon always goes above and beyond to assist with any dilemmas or decisions that have come as the result of having an older unit. He is always polite, arrives as scheduled, and never ever leaves a mess behind.
Most recently, I decided to purchase a new heat pump. Brandon provided the facts and information I needed on the spot to choose the best unit for my needs. He even walked me through the application process for easy financing-I appreciate the extra time he spent to see things through.

We recently moved to our new home and is has a very old existing heating and cooling unit. After having issues with leaking condenser pan this summer, we called a competitor first and all they wanted to do was replace the unit because they couldn’t get parts. I called Lynch, and a brand new pan was installed within a week. Just last week, we had a blower relay go bad and issue was resolved literally 3 hours after making our first call. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Great people and great work!!

Lets start with the most important aspect of any business - HONESTY! Jordan the representative for Lynch was thorough, to the point and the follow up was great. They called when they said they would and once they arrived to the build site they did there work quickly and neatly. Back to honesty, we are not from here we are from New York, we are from the country part of New York near Buffalo. We moved to Tennessee because we just loved the countryside and the pride in Country, Military and freedom. What we did not expect is the difficulty we would face because we were from the north. We have been beaten up on every aspect of the building of our new home. We are currently $35,000 dollars over budget and at first we were blaming ourselves, then as we really dug into the numbers we realized we were being overcharged every step of the way. In fact a few of the workers on site pulled us aside and said you know your being bushwhacked cause your from NY, and we don't like to see that!, they said it in confidence and we decided to see, sure enough none of the number made sense. This is how we found Lynch, I told the builder we were taking over who, what, why, where and when. Lynch supplied us with a top of the line unit and even ran the wiring for the hook up all for the same price as a low grade builders unit, btw the builder said that low grade unit was very good, NOT TRUE! Thank you Lynch for the great job and most of all treating us the right way!!!

Brandon showed up on on time and had to replace my contactor and my condensation pump. He was very knowledgeable and showed me WHY the contactor was bad. I learned something new today😁 I had made an appointment for my father because his AC wasn't working correctly either. By the time I got in my car and drove over there, the guy (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) had my Dad's AC fixed and running as well! Naked wire had to be replaced to his thermostat. I am VERY pleased with this company and their people and will use them again if I have any AC problems in the future. Thanks Brandon!!!!!

I called around 9am and they told me someone could come out between 1-2 the same day. Branson called soon after and said he could come earlier, came about 10am. He Found/Fixed the issue very quickly and now my AC is working perfect. Great service, very friendly and responsive. Definitely will be using them from now on! Highly recommend

Gas company came out today to turn on my heat today however there was a problem with the line. Brandon from Lynch came out to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t go into the weekend without heat. Lynch did an outstanding job replacing a worn out heat pump at my home. Also sealed ductwork and vents. Excellent work from a top notch team of professionals. You truly get what you pay for. All equipment and work was thoroughly tested to verify that the work done made a positive impact to my home efficiency. 6/5 stars would be fair.

So far so good! Jordan was very friendly and helpful. Provided us with a new HVAC unit for less then $6,000. With 10 year warranty. Was professional and didn't sugar coat the problems with our older unit.

Service tech was on time, friendly and took the time to explain why and how we had the issue. He quoted the repair ( parts and labor), before proceeding, and fixed issue in timely manner. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and will use them again for any issues and just yearly services
