I love the community of this gym! From the coaches are highly credentialed and want to help in any way they can, to the people that you do class with and lift with. It's more than just a place to get a quick workout in where you keep your headphones on and head down, it's a place where you can openly discuss your goals and the coaches will lay out a plan to get you there. It's a place I look forward to going everyday.

Equipment is well taken care of, staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Overall environment is welcoming, supportive and community based. Personal coaching is just that- personal. Willing to meet you where you are EACH day, not a cookie cutter program. HIGHLY recommend for any type of physical rehab or injuries. Helped me rehabilitate a broken back from barely walking to competing at a national level while avoiding surgery. There’s a large youth presence in the gym and it’s refreshing to see coaches pouring into the communities next generation teaching them how to safely and properly take care of their bodies. Coaches truly care about the members overall well-being.

I started at PHP 6 months postpartum and hadn’t lifted or worked out much in over 3 years. I was very intimidated and nervous to start but everybody was so welcoming and encouraging! I love that everything can be modified to what you are capable of doing! The coaching is also exceptional!! Highly recommend this gym no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

If you are looking a gym to get strong with and be part of a community, look no further than Pure Health! The coaches, athletes and members are amazing people. I joined PHP when I lived in OK and am still an athlete of Daniel West’s living in TX. The only thing that has changed is I don’t see him as often, but the quality of coaching it top tier. I wish there were more gyms like this one.

PHP is the most family centered, welcoming, humbling, and knowledgeable gym I’ve ever been a part of. They are cultivating a love for the sport of Olympic lifting that has-been athletes like myself need. I wish we lived closer so my kids could partake in his youth Olympic lifting program. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kids’ development in the weight room.

This is a fantastic gym with a community that is focused on helping you succeed. This continues beyond the walls of the gym; the goal is truly aimed at making you better. The members range from competitive at the highest level to those struggling with just getting back (or just getting TO) the gym. There really is something for everyone. There are also no unrealistic expectations from gym members/staff. Hurt? They know how to help you rehab safely. Competitive, they'll push you. Just there to get decently healthy? There are like-minded people in that category as well. Come check it out!

I joined PHP shortly after giving birth to my first child. As a new mom, I was shown so much care and grace as the coaches all helped me figure out what worked for me as my body healed and strengthened over time. After a few months of training regularly I was able to start doing things I couldn’t when I first arrived. I highly recommend Pure Health!

I went to PHP during a very difficult time in my life. The owners were excellent, they gave me space when needed and let me sweat out my issues, literally. They did this without allowing me to make excuses and they became a strong support system. Daniel is an elite coach of both former athletes, young athletes, and people trying to become an athlete. I would recommend to anyone no matter the goal, whether it be the national competition level, the learning about fitness, or just needing to get that space for the day. I have more great things to say, but I hope it comes across what this place did for me.

Great gym community! Very uplifting!
After several failed rounds of PT and injections, surgery was the only option according to specialists. I got with Daniel and he built a program for me! We rehabbed for over 8 months and now I can lift heavy 4 days a week….no issues!!!

Pure Health Performance has been home for about 2 years now. The coaches are very credentialed and it shows in the programming and attentiveness to detail. They make sure you are doing the movements/workouts correctly so you don’t get injured. PHP is so much more than a gym as well. The community is so supportive and has become family for me. I love competing for PHP and reaching fitness goals on a weekly basis! PHP is well worth a drop in if you are looking for a community of supportive people who will push you to be a better you!

Best gym ever! Great coaches, great programming, great people. Constantly working with you to help meet your goals. Over my two years here I have seen continual improvements in strength and technique. I’ve never enjoyed working out as much as I do now

Started at PHP two years ago because I couldn’t get over a knee injury caused by indoor soccer. Also had some minor nagging shoulder pain. After a couple months of programming the shoulder pain was completely gone and the muscles around my partially torn knee ligament were strengthened so it didn’t bother me anymore. Now I’m attending classes 3-5 times a week because the atmosphere is so friendly and encouraging. I especially love the community events, like goal setting parties, that make it feel much more like a family than just a place where you pay for a membership.

Wonderful gym with amazing coaches all around, my experience has been wonderful in the time I have spent being apart of the php family from just starting out with weightlifting to becoming a national athlete and a champion! Daniel west is by far the best Olympic weightlifting coach I could have ever asked for in the sense of working one on one with me and giving me his full attention when I lift, along with that he is just an overall great guy with an amazing coaching staff to follow!! Love to all my php fam ❤

I love this gym! Their focus is safety and will go out of their way to make sure that everyone is lifting correctly and not working out to the point of injury. This is a family environment and a 100% no judge zone, no matter your age or your fitness level you are encouraged and treated the same. I couldn't imagine my life without PHP.

PHP is a quality gym for Bartlesville.

My review was previously 5 stars -- it *was* a great gym for learning powerlifting basics and working with a personal trainer. Recently, the gym has started expanding to having classes, primarily dominated by local college students. When those classes started, the coaches became busy. Asking questions felt like a nuisance. Programming became redundant, and felt less individualized. Those students in the classes take priority over anybody else. They're the focus, despite paying for personal training. There was a lack of communication on intent and motivation -- workouts would be scheduled, and could be moved, but the "why we're doing this" or "what the purpose of this / what we're working towards" was never communicated. I feel as though personal training should involve those kinds of conversations - the why. Why these movements were picked. Why you're doing this. What the goal is.

Either thought wasn't being put into it, or, it wasn't being communicated. But either way, being second priority with inflexible hours sucked. PHP has a good facility -- if you avoid the classes. Or join the classes. The coaches are great -- if you have their attention. Overall, it's a good gym for Bartlesville. But if you're looking for a personalized experience, have fun working out at inconvenient hours, or, dodging the classes and working on your own. (and even then, being pushed to the side when they need your space.)

I probably should have posted this long ago, but I fail to "Google" much anymore. My family and I have been back in Bartlesville since March of 2018. I have always been involved with fitness...holding numerous Certificates for training. My children have always been active in athletics, fitness, competitive cheer, etc...
This being said, when we returned to Bartlesville we were looking for a facility to provide them with not only fitness, but education, quality programming, and the inspiration needed to take things to the next level. I have a son who will be a Junior at the high school this year. He started with PHP a soon as we got back to town. Through the quality programming and knowledge provided by the PHP Coaches, my son not only made tremendous gains personally, but became a nationally ranked and recognized weightlifter within his first year.
After experiencing competition at the national level with our son...our 8 year old daughter decided that she wanted a taste of it. Long story short...she holds the Oklahoma State Weightlifting records in two different classes and recently won the State championship in Norman...qualifying for a spot to compete on the National stage next June.
Absolutely NONE of these accomplishments would have been possible without PHP...Coach Daniel West...Coach Jeremiah Williams...and all of the other coaches... coaching, motivating, and educating our kids as they have.
Thank you to PHP and the entire staff! This gym is second to none, period! Anyone...any age...and any experience level who wants to get the best for what you pay for...PHP is your place.

I love this gym- the knowledgeable coaches and friendly and inclusive environment have helped me gain strength and confidence, and helped my husband rehab a nagging knee and shoulder injury. There is a place for people of all ages, whether they are new to exercise or experienced athletes. I recommend Pure Health Performance to anyone!

The atmosphere and people are just as fun as the workouts they have prepared for their members. People of all “workout abilities” are welcomed and pushed towards their goals by trained coaches/instructors. I look forward to going, even on days where I may not be feeling a workout. You WILL leave better than you came :)

So very thankful for Coach Daniel West and the entire PHP family. Coach West is extremely knowledgeable on weight training and can teach any person at any age and skill level to become an elite athlete. My son and daughter have both flourished under the skilled guidance of coach West and as a result both hold the Oklahoma state Olympic Weightlifting titles in Snatch and Clean and Jerk. I’m proud to tell people I am part of the PHP family.
